Jučer sam se registrovao za Dozen Spins (nažalost ranije nisam pročitao lošu reputaciju) i putem instant transfera uplatio nekoliko depozita između 20-200 eura.
Sredstva su stigla na moj račun igrača bez ikakvih problema i to u roku od nekoliko sekundi.
Nakon nekoliko pokušaja bilo je čak nekoliko stabilnih bonus rundi u kućici za pse na malim ulozima i dobio sam više nego što sam položio.
Na putu do blagajne odmah sam primijetio da se Sofortüberweisung nudi samo kao polog, ali ne i način podizanja.
Postoji samo jedna veza koja se zove bankovni transfer.
Mogli biste pomisliti da je ovo jedno te isto.
Kada pokušavam platiti 400 eura (maks. Isplata dnevno) putem bankovnog transfera, uvijek se traži da platim minimalni depozit (20 eura) putem bankovnog transfera. Svaki pokušaj polaganja navedenih 20 eura putem bankovne doznake ne uspijeva GREŠKA.

I registered with Dozen Spins yesterday (unfortunately I didn't read the bad reputation beforehand) and made several deposits between 20-200 euros via instant transfer.

Ich habe mich gestern bei Dozen Spins angemeldet (leider nicht vorher die schlechte Reputation gelesen) und mehrere Einzahlungen zwischen 20-200Euro via Sofortüberweisung getätigt.
Die Gelder kamen problemlos und innerhalb weniger Sekunden auf meinem Spielerkonto an.
Nach mehreren Versuchen kamen dann sogar mehrere stabile Bonusrunden im Dog House auf kleinen Einsätzen und ich hatte mehr gewonnen als ich einzahlte.
Auf dem Weg zur Kasse fiehl mir dann leider sofort auf, dass Sofortüberweisung nur als Einzahlungs-, jedoch nicht als Auszahlungsmethode angeboten wird.
Hier findet sich nur ein link mit der Bezeichnung Banküberweisung.
Man könnte meinen dass dies ein und dasselbe ist.
Bei dem Versuch 400 Euro (max cashout pro Tag) via Banküberweisung auszuzahlen, werde ich stets dazu aufgefordert das minimale Deposit (20Euro) via Banküberweisung einzuzahlen. Jeder Versuch besagte 20 Euro via Banküberweisung einzuzahlen scheitert in einem ERROR.
Der Support ist wenig hilfreich und widerholt nur die Meldung die bei meinen diversen fehlgeschlagenden Auszahlungsversuchen angezeigt wird, bitte 20 Euro Banküberweisung tätigen, vorher bekommschte nüschts. Es funktioniert weder mobil, noch per Firefox, noch per edge uswusw.
Nur ein Schelm würde denken dass dies gewollt ist.
