I understand your wish to be in control of your deposit as soon as possible, however, we might not be able to assist you speed up the process.
In cases where the wrong network was used, the issue lies with the casino's payment provider who might recover the funds. I genuinely hope the process will not take the full 30 days, however in case it does, please let us know and we'll try to assist you.
I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.
