Prihvatite moju žalbu protiv Everum kazina na razmatranje, potrebna mi je vaša pomoć.
25. septembra 2023. registrovao sam se u Everum kazinu i napravio 2 depozita: $100 i $500.
Kao rezultat igara, moj bilans je postao 1124 dolara.
Dana 01.10.2023., postavio sam sledeće dokumente na svoj nalog kao deo verifikacije:
lična karta sa fotografijom,
fotografija izvoda iz banke,
snimak ekrana mog Skrill profila novčanika za plaćanje.
Dana 10.02.2023, na mom nalogu se pojavila informacija da je verifikacija uspešno završena.
Nakon toga, stavio sam svoj balans za povlačenje. Kao odgovor, dobio sam optužbe iz kazina o kršenju uslova, blokiranju naloga i konfiskaciji 1.124 dolara.
Ja se kategorički ne slažem sa podignutim optužbama. Nisam prekršio pravila kazina koja dobro poznajem. Imam samo 1 (Jedan!!!) nalog u Everum kazinu i samo ja imam pristup svom nalogu.
Optužbe kazina su uvredljive za mene kao poštenog igrača.
4. oktobra sam poslao zvaničnu žalbu kazinu u kojoj sam tražio potvrdu optužbe dokazima, inače su to samo reči.
4. oktobra sam dobio poruku prema kojoj kazino insistira na svom stavu, kazino je odbio da pruži dokaze.
Zbog činjenice da sam ubeđen u svoju nevinost, molim vas da pomognete u rešavanju spora i dobijete mojih 1.124 dolara.

On September 25, 2023, I registered at Everum casino and made 2 deposits: $100 and $500.
As a result of the games, my balance became $1124.
On 10/01/2023, I uploaded the following documents to my account as part of verification:
photo ID Card,
bank statement photo,
screenshot of my Skrill payment wallet profile.
On 10/02/2023, information appeared in my account that verification was successfully completed.
After that, I put my balance up for withdrawal. In response, I received accusations from the casino about violating the terms and conditions, blocking my account, and confiscating $1,124.
I categorically disagree with the charges brought. I did not violate the casino rules, which I know very well. I have only 1 (One!!!) account at Everum casino and only I have access to my account.
The casino's accusations are offensive to me as an honest player.
On October 4, I sent an official complaint to the casino, in which I requested confirmation of the accusation with evidence, otherwise these are just words.
On October 4, I received a message according to which the casino insists on its position, the casino refused to provide evidence.
Due to the fact that I am convinced of my innocence, I ask you to help resolve the dispute and receive my $1,124.
