Žalbe VIP sobe možemo da razmatramo samo kada postoji potvrda o tome koji kazino to rešava, ali to nije uspešno utvrđeno. Čak i uz e-poštu i transkripte ćaskanja, predstavnik kazina poriče bilo kakvu vezu sa brendovima koji odlažu vaše povlačenje.
Jedina preostala veza koju imamo je sa Fabspins kazinom koji ne komunicira sa nama i označen je kao zatvoren u našoj bazi podataka. Stoga smo primorani da zatvorimo ovu žalbu kao nerešenu u okviru kazina Fabspins.
Žao mi je što ovom prilikom nismo mogli biti od veće pomoći.

Unfortunately, I don't have any new information confirming this.
We can only pursue VIP Room complaints when there is a confirmation about which casino handles it, but that wasn't successfully established. Even presented with the emails and chat transcripts, the casino representative denies any connection with the brands that delay your withdrawal.
The only connection remaining we have is to the Fabspins casino which doesn't communicate with us and is marked as closed in our database. We are therefore forced to close this complaint as unresolved under the Fabspins casino.
