Iznenađen sam što ne vidim da moj problem imaju drugi igrači, ali to je takođe dobar znak da je ovo, nadamo se, velika greška. Potpuno sam u šoku i zabrinut za svoj bankovni račun koji ima nekoliko neovlašćenih naplata od Fairgo-a na prethodnim transakcijskim depozitima koje sam napravio sa njima. Počelo je pre dva dana kada sam dobio obaveštenje da je iznos za koji je bila moja transakcija povećan sa 13,77 dolara na 27,44 dolara, što se desilo na 2 moja prethodna depozita od prethodnih dana. Možda bi ovo moglo da se uporedi sa jelom u restoranu, a onda se napojnica koju ste ostavili konobaru stavlja kasnije tako da se iznos povećava.
ali ovo je ludo. I ne bi trebalo da bude promena u isplatama. Oni su AUD, i mislio sam da su se možda promenili u USD i da mi vraćaju razliku u novcu, ali to se ne uklapa. I dalje ga previše povećavaju.
odmah mi je prekoračeno 28 dolara na mom računu. Do kraja sledećeg dana, a to je danas, biće mi prekoračeno 69 dolara zbog više toga što se dešavalo i još uvek nisam imao naknade za prekoračenje. Kontaktirao sam Fair go i rekli su da im je potreban izvod iz banke o naplati da bi mogli to da reše. (CASH APP i možda većina banaka radi samo na mesečnom nivou.) Nesreća da se to dogodi na početku novog meseca. ne možete da dobijete bankovni izvod za naplatu koju ste izvršili juče, možete je videti samo na vašim nedavnim transakcijama, ali bankovni izvod neće biti generisan dok se mesec ne završi. Ali nešto nije u redu. Obično bi kompanija verovatno samo locirala informacije na svom procesoru plaćanja i sama videla grešku, osim dokaza koji sam im već poslao, ne bi im trebao apsolutni dokaz da bi ga eskalirali, ali oni kažu da jeste. Dakle, oni su u redu sa čekanjem 30 dana i ne radeći ništa dok se mene muče sa još ovih neovlašćenih naplata u naredna 24 sata.
već sledećeg dana (danas, 6. OKT 2024.) ima još 3 ova naplata koje su pogodile moj nalog od poštenog pokreta. „Vaš iznos od 27,44 USD je sada povećan na 41,00 USD", rekla je aplikacija za gotovinu u imejlovima i tekstualnim porukama na vrhu obaveštenja aplikacije. Ovo nije nešto što primećujem. Dobijam obaveštenje čim se to dogodi. ČETRDESET JEDAN dolar!!! Dakle, da je neko imao DVA povećanja kada se to ikada dogodilo u stvarnom svetu? ovo se desilo sa 5 različitih transakcija i sada sam -$69 negativan na mom računu. Ne želim da sporim transakcije koje su izazvale kakav nered. Originalna transakcija je legitimna, ali dodatni troškovi koji povećavaju iznos očigledno su u čemu je problem i zato što se mnogo kockam i imam međunarodne transakcije. Ne želim da ovo naškodi mom cashapp-u i mojoj budućnosti sa ovom bankom. Imam veliku isplatu koja će uskoro stići (ne na poštenom) tako da sam spreman da platim sav ovaj novac koji me koštaju.
ovo mi se nikada ranije i nigde nije desilo i mislim da je to stvarno mračno. Zašto se uvek povećava ako su to neke nasumične greške zašto im te greške svaki put idu na korist i zato sam im poslao novu informaciju da su mi se upravo dogodila još tri i da još nisu odgovorili, ali će odgovor biti isti koji im je potreban izvod iz banke. Mogu da razumem da im je to potrebno, ali zašto se onda ovo dešava iznova i iznova, čak i da imam izjavu, optužbe bi mi se opet ponovile, tako da grozničavo pokušavam da blokiram sve njihove dobavljače da ne bih biti pogođen sa još naplatama, ali neće uspeti, čak sam i karticu zaključala. Zaključao sam svoj račun pre nego što su ovi novi udarili i pošto su to već prethodne autorizovane transakcije kroz koje prolaze, oni u suštini mogu da promene iznose u dolarima na šta god žele i to će proći. Očigledno, ovo nije namerna šema ili lažna krađa mog novca, ali je ipak velika briga za svakoga ko deponuje kod njih da u bilo kom trenutku niotkuda mogu da imaju 70 dolara od slučajnih povećanja na svojim prethodnim transakcijama. I samo pomislite da se to može dogoditi svakoj kartici koja je korišćena sa njima. Bukvalno sedim na iglama. Moli se da se ovo više ne dešava, ali to su dva dana zaredom. Pet. Pojavljuju se i ne preduzimaju ništa na svom sistemu plaćanja. Oni to ne eskaliraju. Oni ne rešavaju problem. Ne obraćaju se na to sve dok im ne dam bankovni izvod u kojem izvod banke za oktobar neće biti kreiran još mesec dana i molim banku da mi pošalje bankovni izvod za ove troškove, a sve što su rekli je da nećemo mi ne nudimo da ih možete osporiti i ostaviti povratne informacije kako bismo mogli da poboljšamo našu uslugu (CASH APP) Ovo je veoma hitna hitna situacija. Bojim se da ću do jutra za otprilike 12 sati biti negativan još jedan krug neovlašćenih optužbi.

I’m surprised I don’t see my issue being experienced by other players, but that’s also a good sign that this hopefully is a big one off mistake. I am completely in shock and worried about my bank account which has several unauthorized charges from Fairgo on previous transaction deposits that I made with them. It started two days ago when I received the notification that the amount that my transaction was for has been increased from $13.77 to $27.44, this happened on 2 of my prior deposits from the previous days. Maybe this could be comparable to eating at a restaurant and then the tip that you left the waiter gets put in later so the amount gets increased.
but this is bonkers. And there should be no changes to the payments. They are AUD, and I thought maybe they changed to USD and are back charging me the money difference but that doesn’t add up. They’re still increasing it way too much.
immediately I am $28 dollars overdrawn in my account. By the end of the next day, which is today, I will be overdrawn $69 due to more of this happening and I have suffered no overdraft fees yet. I contact fair go and they said in order for them to handle it they need a bank statement of the charges. (CASH APP & maybe most banks only do on a monthly basis.) unlucky this to happen at the beginning of a new month. you can’t get a bank statement for a charge you made yesterday you can only see it on your recent transactions, but the bank statement won’t be generated until the month is over. But something isn’t right. Normally a business would probably just locate the information on their payment processor and see the error for themselves, imo other than the proof I already sent them, they shouldn’t need the absolute proof in order to escalate it but they are saying they do. So they are ok with waiting 30 days and doing nothing while I am getting hammered with more of these unauthorized charges over the next 24 hours.
the very next day (today OCT 6, 2024) there is 3 more of these charges that hit my account from fair go. "Your amount of $27.44 has now been increased to $41.00," Said cash app in emails and text messages on top of the app notifications. This is not something I’m noticing. I’m getting notified the second that it occurs. FORTY ONE Dollars!!! So that one has had TWO increases on it when does that ever happen in the real world? this happened to 5 different transactions and I’m now -$69 negative in my account. I don’t want to dispute the transactions cause what a mess. The original transaction is legit, but the additional charges increasing the amount obviously is where the problem lies and because I gamble a lot and have international transactions. I don’t want this to hurt my cashapp and my future with this bank I have a large payout that’s going to hit soon (Not from fair go) so I’m prepared to pay all of this money that they are costing me.
this has never happened to me before ever anywhere and I think it’s really shady. Nwhy is it always increased if this is some random mistakes why are these mistakes benefiting them every single time and so I sent them the new information that I just had three more happen and they haven’t responded yet but response will be the same they need a bank statement. I can understand them needing it but then why is this happening again and again like even if I had a statement, the charges still would’ve happened again to me so I’m frantically trying to block all of their vendors so I don’t get hit with any more charges, but it’s not gonna work I even had my card locked. I locked my account before these new ones hit and because they are already, previous authorized transactions they go thru, they essentially can change the dollar amounts to whatever they want and it will go through. Obviously, this isn’t a intentional scheme or fraudulent theft of my money, but still what a huge concern for anybody that is depositing with them that at any time out of nowhere they can have $70 from accidental increases on their prior transactions. And just tthink it can happen to every card that has been used with them. I’m literally sitting on pins and needles. Praying that no more of these happen but it’s two days in a row. Five. Occurrences and they are taking no action on their payment system. They’re not escalating it. They’re not fixing the problem. They’re not addressing it until I give them a bank statement in which Oct bank statement won’t be created for another month and I beg the bank to send me a bank statement for these charges , and all they said was we don’t we don’t offer that you can dispute them and leave feedback so we can better our service (CASH APP) This is a very urgent emergency situation. I fear that by the morning in like 12 hours that I’m going to be negative another round of unauthorized charges.
