Could you please send me a link or a screenshot of the bonus you activated and played with? Was it a deposit bonus, or a free no-deposit bonus?
Am I correct in understanding that the balance of 300€ disappeared from your account after you finished wagering the bonus?
Have you contacted customer support to ask why your balance was voided?
