Pregledali smo slučaj igrača (e-pošta: *****************) i možemo potvrditi da je isplata uspešno obrađena 12. marta 2025. u 09:39:56 putem Coinspaid-a koristeći USDT (TRC20) u iznosu od 551,02 dolara (536,88 evra).
Transakcija je sa naše strane u potpunosti završena i sva dalja kašnjenja ili problemi u vezi sa prijemom sredstava su van naše kontrole, posebno kada su u pitanju blokčejn transakcije. Ako je igrač naveo pogrešnu adresu novčanika ili je imao problema sa svojim ličnim dobavljačem kripto novčanika, nažalost nismo odgovorni za te okolnosti.
Pored toga, već smo direktno razjasnili situaciju, uključujući i sa strimer agentom preko čijeg strima se igrač prvobitno pridružio našoj platformi.
Sve relevantne interne provere potvrđuju uspešnu obradu i nisu došlo do grešaka sa naše strane.

We have reviewed the case of the player (email: ******************) and we can confirm that the withdrawal was successfully processed on March 12, 2025, at 09:39:56 via Coinspaid using USDT (TRC20) in the amount of $551.02 (536.88 EUR).
The transaction has been fully completed on our end, and any further delays or issues related to receiving the funds are outside of our control, particularly when it comes to blockchain transactions. If the player provided an incorrect wallet address or experienced issues with their personal crypto wallet provider we are unfortunately not responsible for those circumstances.
Additionally, we have already clarified the situation directly, including with the streamer agent through whose stream the player originally joined our platform.
All relevant internal checks confirm successful processing, and no errors occurred on our side.
We consider this matter closed.
