Zdravo, način na koji me tretiraju je smešan. Ovde se radi o verifikaciji računa i povlačenju sredstava. Mnogo puta sam tražio da završim verifikaciju i izvršim povlačenja. Verifikacija se stalno menja i treba je ponovo potvrditi, npr. 2 k istorija plaćanja računa, sada 3 k adresa stanovanja, dokumenti koji potvrđuju identitet su odobreni odmah. Prošlo je mesec dana od prve uplate. Ne obaveštavaju me ni o čemu putem mejla. Na primer, nakon prijavljivanja saznam da moram ponovo da prođem verifikaciju. Nadao sam se dugoročnoj saradnji, ali sam krajnje razočaran, igrajući sa njima izgubio sam oko 8.000 evra koje sam hteo da podignem, ali nisam mogao jer sam im dugovao stare naloge za povlačenje, a u na kraju, ovih 8 točkova će biti izgubljeno u kazinu :-(
U ćaskanju, osoblje ponavlja istu stvar iznova i iznova nekoliko nedelja: sačekajte verifikaciju naloga....
Kladio sam se tamo i izgubio sam mnogo u kazinu.
Nikada se ne žalim na kazina – ali način na koji su se tamo ophodili prema meni i još uvek ne mare za moje upite je van ljudskog razumevanja!
Prilažem snimke ekrana kada sam naručio isplate oko 7. decembra 2023. nakon povlačenja naloga za 2 k 500 evra, ispostavilo se da je potrebna verifikacija i nije bilo naloga u istoriji, novac je tada odbijen sa stanja, Do danas nalog nije verifikovan (dokumenti koji potvrđuju adresu su prihvaćeni jednom) i nijedno od ova dva povlačenja nije stiglo, resetovao sam nalog na nultu kazino :-(
