Zdravo.

Da li je neko uspeo da podigne sredstva iz bet24 kazina?


Moj nalog je verifikovan. Uplatio sam ukupno 950 evra sa dve visa kartice (obe verifikovane). Već mnogo dana pokušavam da podignem 600 evra i moji zahtevi se iznova odbijaju.

U ćaskanju mi kažu da ne znaju razlog i traže od mene da napišem imejl na koji nikada ne dobija odgovor.

Vremenski niz je bio sledeći.

Otvorio sam račun i uplatio 350 evra koje sam izgubio, tražio sam trajno zatvaranje zbog zavisnosti od kockanja.


Račun je zatvoren, ali nekoliko dana kasnije ponovo je aktiviran i ja sam uplatio (600 evra u različitim prilikama).

Sa poslednjim depozitom, imao sam sreće i uspeo sam da povratim 600 evra (koje mi sada ne dozvoljavaju da podignem)


S obzirom na stav koji kazino pokazuje, mislim da im neće biti lako da obrađuju moje povlačenje. Ili ne mogu/ne žele da plate ili nameravaju da otkažu isplate dok ih ne odigram i izgubim ih.

Zdravo Romi.

Nalog je ponovo aktiviran jer sam to zahtevao, ali i dalje mislim da to nije trebalo da uradim pošto sam prethodno saopštio svoju zavisnost od kockanja.


Koristim ovu poruku da obavestim druge igrače da je Ninbet deo iste grupe kao Bets24 i da bi mogli da imaju iste probleme kao i ja na Bets24.

Ovo zasnivam na činjenici da je dizajn isti, greške pri učitavanju su iste, depoziti i isplate su isti, ljudi koji odgovaraju na live chat su isti (Džon, Stiv i Marija).

Moja skromna preporuka je da ne igrate ni u jednom od njih, ONI NE PLAĆAJU

Nadam se, mada se baš i ne nadam. Njihove reči u ćaskanju su uvek veoma ljubazne, ali njihove akcije su one veoma nepouzdanog kazina (ne zatvaraju naloge igrača sa problemima, ne obrađuju isplate, nema odgovora sa mejla,...)
