Zdravo dragi forumaše,


Imam malu sesiju pitanja.

Ako kontaktirate momke i devojke u CasinoGuru-u, koliko dugo treba da očekujete da će u proseku trajati vreme odgovora/obrade?


U mom slučaju je opet slučaj da sam podneo žalbu na kazino. Ovo je sada staro dobre 2 nedelje i ništa se nije dogodilo. Zaposleni koji se bavi mojom žalbom samo postavlja nova pitanja i onda se narednih 5-6 dana ništa ne čuje od mene. Pošto je u mom slučaju uključeno mnogo novca, nadao sam se pomoći od CasinoGurua. Ali, kao što je već pomenuto, posle više od 14 dana, čak ni kazino nije pozvan.

Ako moram da odgovorim na pitanja, obično to mogu da uradim u roku od nekoliko sati.

Jaro 🖖 U potpunosti se slažem sa tobom. Nisam jedini kome razmišljam o žalbi.

Ali: kao što je već nekoliko puta pomenuto, ovde se radi o velikom novcu. Pored toga, tajmer je odavno istekao. Ipak, ništa se ne dešava. Prošlo je više od tri nedelje, a kazino nije ni kontaktiran u vezi sa tim.

Posle punih 8 dana, Nik bi prosledio moju žalbu sledećem zaposlenom. O čemu se sve ovo radi?

Posle 4 nedelje, ništa se nije dogodilo. Samo sam bez reči i krajnje razočaran. Zašto jednostavno ne kažete da je broj prevelik ili čak komplikovan za vas? Ali ono što ste uradili ovde je samo razočaravajuće i tužno!!!
