If you didnt or went able to see all the information I submitted, or the fact that the Zodiac rep was caught red handed in a lie right here on this platform, then you would see and know that A.D.R. on this side of the world, doesnt exist.
At least in the fairness, or its what you can prove, not what you know kinda way.
Actually in no way what-so-ever. As a player in these kinds of matters, you automatically presumed to be lying or guilty. Nobody will tell you this and its not written anywhere but thats whats assumed. By regulators and A.D.R. platforms such as this.
How do I know this? Well, Ive been gambling online since 2014, and in that span I have deposited by far more than Ive won AND been able to withdraw......successfully.
I know it sounds weird but to make a point, and to be concise, it has to be included. The only way to not include it, would be in reference to a brick and mortor establishment.
But online gambling, the rules change significantly and by far with a ton more 'wiggle room'. But not for the players, not even a little bit. In fact, the players who deposit their hard earned money there is no fairness in it.
THe industry is build and centered around 1 primary directive. Revenue, revenue and more revenue.
I WANT this post to be approved. But I also, want to share and show EVERYONE exactly how one-sided not only the A.D.R. process really is.
But also just how what you see or read on the homepage of any online casino, is really intended to make you forget the legal aspects of it and that particular platforms responsibilty to the players to provide specific channels or option or directions on Responsible Gaming.
They claim to 'protect the players well being' and to ensure they are in control of their gaming. Its all BS. Smoke and mirrors.
They print it because they have to.
They provide it, because their license depends on it.
But it is enforced and has proven to help players in any regard?
Not a single bit. If i was a betting man, 😉 , I would say that of all people who are self excluded from an online gaming site , its because they were forced to by the vendor or had no choice in the matter VS those who on their own free will and accord, chose to self exclude, I would bet is 90% or even higher.
In this last claim I had. I did nothing wrong. I won this fair and square and Zodiac took actions and steps I never knew or expected they would take. I have now seen a side of this platform that I feel should be public record because it unprofessional, unethical and rides the fine line of being 100% fraudulent and malicious actions against a player.
Yet, somehow on this platform, they are an mind-numbing 8.9/10 for reputation?
I know, I know there are tons of you out their that love Zodiac and have been paid many times form them no problem......
I know! I am also one of those people. Zodiac has paid me each and every other time Ive won there and withdrawn from there, with no problems.
The highest being $17, 750 in June of 2019.
So ya, I love playing there too! For many years. Then it all abruptly ended on Feb.22, 2023.
Nearly 3 weeks after my initial and 1st withdrawal request.
SO anyway, i am going to make ALL the submitted documents and emails exchanged between myself and every single A.D.R. platform and Regulator I had had during this 60 day, charade of viewed authorative discussions, and youll be able to see ALL the evidense that I submitted in a clear, concise, time sequencial pdf, complete with dates and times and the whole none yards.
Then you decide who should of won this dispute. Who was right. No obligation to decide or even vote. Its really just to show you what they do or care about and the biggest lie of all,
that RESPONSIBLE GAMING, as it is right now, is a 1000% LIE and there is no genuine help or intervention that sticks or legitmate process for it. Its too protect the vendor, not the player. And ill prove it.
Its basically like the grocery store fronts in North Korea.
