The casino has done me wrong! I have a complaint filed but just want to get info out there. All these Casino’s have same customer service group and when you make them upset or look bad they carry it to all of them. Now Ive been polite but now I have been accused of wrong doing. So here’s the info and I’ll let everyone decide for themselves. I brought to their attention that a game didn’t pay me twice in a row for a win. Now from the very beginning Bobby with customer service has suggested that I didn’t win and I made the mistake. This was from very beginning before gaming and technical support got involved.
