Please, keep in mind that according to the rules of our website we are unable to block player’s account while account has a pending withdrawal since a certain amount of user actions and communication is required in order to successfully finish the withdrawal and also user has to make a withdrawal request manually in order for said withdrawal to be processed. Čekam svoje povlačenje od 28.10.2022, istovremeno tražim svoje trajno samoisključivanje!!! Od 28. ne samo da je prošlo 10 dana, nego se kazino ponašao u lošoj nameri prema meni. Po isteku 10 dana mi kažu da poništim zahtev za povlačenje i napravim novi (što dokazuje poslata dokumentacija).

juče su me uverili da ću svoj novac dobiti istim načinom plaćanja kojim sam napravio desetine depozita. Dao sam alternativu da mi platiš bankovnim transferom ili karticom koja se koristi za depozit, ti si odbio, pokušavajući da me nateraš da povučem u kriptomedi. Ne znam kako to da uradim i ne želim to da radim. Otvorio sam Novčanik da bih napravio depozit u vašem kazinu i primio sredstva i mogao sam samo da napravim depozite i nikada nisam mogao da podignem sredstva.

Imam ozbiljnu zavisnost od kockanja, već sam potrošio više od 6000 eur u vašem kazinu i obavešteni ste i zatražili pomoć drugog dana nakon registracije na sajtu.

Šta si radio? Ignorišite, uvek me podstiču da napravim još depozita, ismevaju me, nepristojni su i odbijaju da obrađuju moj zahtev za povlačenje (jedini koji imam) od 28.10.2022.

Činjenica je da sam se 16. oktobra registrovao na vašem sajtu, ali kao što vidite iz predstavljenih dokumenata pokušao sam bezuspešno da uplatim depozit i odustao sam. Pokušao sam ponovo 25. oktobra i ponovo nisam mogao. Upravo sam uspeo da izvršim uspešan depozit 26. oktobra i počnem da igram. Činjenica je i da sam dva dana kasnije od vas tražio trajno samoisključivanje i da je tek danas, 15. novembra, ono bilo efektivno. U raznim komunikacijama koje sam sa vama ostvario putem ćaskanja i e-pošte, dobio sam suprotne informacije, čak sam i obavešten da bi moj nalog mogao biti blokiran i da će moja sredstva ipak stići do mene. Pristao sam, ali nalog nikada nije blokiran, a još manje ograničen.

Pitam vas koja je svrha podsticati zavisnika od kockanja na sve više depozita ???

koja je svrha nemogućnosti da suspendujete nalog dok vršite transakciju povlačenja?

trenutno tvrdite da ste izvršili isplatu za mene, ali nemam načina da to potvrdim, jer vam je sada bilo zgodno da blokirate nalog.

vaša politika odgovornog igranja ne samo da nije u skladu sa zakonom, bilo kojim zakonom, već je uvredljiva i krši osnovni princip poštovanja ljudskih bića.
