Nisam siguran da li je neko ikada ranije naišao na ovo. Imao je račun u Goldvin Casinu više od 2 godine. Potpuno verifikovano TRI PUTA (jer vas teraju da pošaljete novi dokaz adrese svake godine).
Imali su 400 na računu, ali su morali da se vrate u UK zbog bolesne majke, gde im nije dozvoljeno da rade legalno jer nemaju UKGC licencu.
Rekli su da neće obraditi povraćaj novca dok ne pošaljem dokaz adrese za moju adresu u UK i selfi na kojem držim dokaz adrese? Tvrdio sam ovo jer ne mogu da rade u UK i ne želim da se Goldvin nalog ažurira, samo treba da se zatvori i da se izvrši povraćaj sredstava. Svejedno sam poslao, sad su me ignorisali 4 dana?

Not sure if anyone has ever come across this before. Had an account at Goldwin Casino for over 2 years. Fully verified THREE TIMES (as they make you send a new proof of address every year).
Had 400 left in the account but have had to move back to the UK due to mother being ill, where they aren't allowed to operate legally due to not having UKGC license.
They said they would not process the refund until I sent a proof of address for my UK address and a selfie of me holding the proof of address? I argued this as they can't operate in the UK and I don't want the Goldwin account updated, I just need it closed and the refund done. I sent it anyway, now they've ignored me for 4 days?
