They casino allowed a minor to easily create an account with out id verification. How is that legal?

If the minor impersonates an adult, until the KYC takes place, the casino has no way to find out. The same goes for creating an account using a fake birth date.

The point is the casino forbids that, so if anyone has a will to act against the restrictions, it is primary, not the casino's fault. Though I agree it has its flaws.

Is there nothing that can be done in your power , or do I have to proceed with this process with their license company or should we proceed with this legally in court. Or wait for the response from their department m?

I guess you may try anything you deem necessary. So, yes, start with the licensing authority and/or consult with gambling-specialized attroneys. Whatever you can try is a good call if you're willing to try.


Sadly, due to ongoing changes in Curacao gambling law and regulations, I would not put too much hope in a quick response from any of the authorities. Just saying

Regretfully, I must repeat the same thing. We have no authority to make any requests on your behalf.

Not to mention that the "ToS" must be followed by anyone who registers with the casino. Therefore, the casino is not the only factor. I apologize, but we are unable to intervene using any argument.
