Nedavno sam (a to se skoro kategorično dešava sa mnom kao norveškim igračem na ovaj ili onaj način) imao iskustvo za koje smatram da treba da ga podelim sa drugim igračima i u vezi sa provajderom plaćanja „Intergiro" ili „bliktpai", „In- naplatiti" itd.
Osvojio sam neke pobede u Casumo kazinu pre neki dan (a ovo nema nikakve veze sa Casumom jer su mi do sada bili od najveće pomoći i profesionalni u ovoj situaciji) i kada ih povučem na isti izvor mog depozita, to je, tužno reći, spreman za neki čudan i na ivici bizarnog incidenta.
Dan nakon povlačenja sredstava na In-Charge račun otkrivam da je moj nalog blokiran. Naravno, ovo je uradilo neko super tajno i nekomunikaciono finansijsko odeljenje koje deluje u nekoj vrsti višeg domena.
Nakon nedelju dana gluposti i jedva da mogu da zaustavim pisanu izjavu o kraju i neku vrstu dokaza pošiljaocu da moja sredstva nisu stigla do mene (i da ih nisam potrošio) čini se da sredstva nisu vraćena uopšte od zaduženog.
I ovde dolazi vrh onoga što mi daje loš ukus u ustima; Posle svega ovoga, danas sam dobio personalizovanu pozivnicu za jedan od njihovih drugih brendova/aplikacija Kuickbit.
Pre svega, ne mogu da opišem koliko sam ova situacija alarmantna. Kao drugo, smatram da je zabrinjavajuće što tako i kažem da sva moja povlačenja iz kazina u poslednje dve godine podležu skoro nultoj garanciji da ću ih na kraju zaista dobiti zbog magičnih moći i dešavanja sa ovog sveta kod različitih provajdera plaćanja.
Samo da vas obavestim o drugim igračima u vezi ove usluge. Zero stars.
I opet; CASUMO su toliko profesionalni i od pomoći s druge strane da ne mogu da opišem koliko sam zahvalan na njihovom osoblju kada "sranje udari u navijače". Pet zvezdica!

I made some wins at Casumo casino the other day (and this has nothing to do with Casumo because they have been outmost helpful and to the fingertips professional so far in this situation) and when withdrawing them to the same source of my deposit it is, sad to say, ready for some odd and on the verge of bizarre incident.
Day after withdrawing the funds to the In-Charge account i make the discovery that my account has been blocked. Of cours this has been done by some super secret and non-communicating financial department that operates in some sort of higher realm.
After a week of nonsense and barely being able to halt out a written end statement and some sort of proof to the sender that my funds didnt make it to me (and that i didnt spend them) it appears that the funds have not been sent back at all from In-charge.
And here comes the top of what gives me a bad taste in my mouth; After all this i today received a personalized invitation to one of their other brands/app Quickbit.
First of all I cannot express how alarming I find this situation alone. Second of all i find it worrying that so and say all my withdrawals from casinos the last two years is subject to almost zero guarantee of actually getting them in the end due to magical powers and happenings out of this world at different payment providers.
Just a heads up to you other players out there about this service. Zero stars.
