Želim da upozorim igrače ovde i da upozorim kazino gurua. Trenutno su advokati započeli rad preko Carribjustice sudova protiv Techoptions BV (Ivibet/Hellspin) u moje ime.
Moj nalog na Ivibet-u je u potpunosti verifikovan, a onda kada sam zatražio povlačenje, tražili su dodatni ID. Dostavio sam svoj rodni list (pored vozačke dozvole) koji je prihvaćen, a zatim retoraktivno neprihvaćen. Zatim sam dostavio svoju starosnu kartu. Tada su mi rekli da trebam četvrti lični dokument. Rečeno mi je da ako odletim kući kod majki (ona je udaljena 3 sata i druga zemlja) i dobijem staru dozvolu (ističe za godinu dana), sve će biti u redu. Dva dana i 140 € na avionske karte i putovanje kasnije poslao sam ovo i bez ikakvog objašnjenja mi je rečeno sledeće:
'Dragi igraču,
Nažalost, odeljenje bezbednosti je odbilo vaš zahtev za ponovno otvaranje naloga.
Nadamo se vašem razumevanju.

Kazino je prekršio sopstvene uslove i namerno mi je izazvao stres i troškove i očigledno nema želju da ponovo otvori moj nalog. Moje podizanje od 350 evra još uvek nije obrađeno i kao takav su moji advokati u Dejvu Parkeru pokrenuli sudski postupak za mene.
Upozoravam sve igrače i kazinogurua na svoje iskustvo, gledao sam na mreži i nisam jedinstven, ovaj caisno pokazuje ponašanje scatterhall-a, ludog novca (koje kazinoguru još uvek ima na svom sajtu bez upozorenja) i drugih koji su krali od igrača.

Want to warn players here and give casino guru a heads up. Currently solicitors have begun work through Carribjustice courts against Techoptions B.V (Ivibet/Hellspin) on my behalf.
My account at Ivibet was fully verified, then when i requested a withdrawal they asked for additional ID. I supplied my birth certificate (in addition to my driving licence) which was accepted then retoractively unacceptaed. I then supplied my age card. I was then told then need a fourth ID document. I was told if I flew home to my mothers (shes 3 hours and a different country away) and got my old license (expires in a year) everything would be fine. Two days and €140 on plane tickets and travel later I sent this in and without any explaination i was told the following:
'Dear Player,
Unfortunately, your request for the account to be reopened has been denied by the security department.
We are hoping for your understanding.

Casino support team'
The casino has breached their own terms and deliberately caused me stress and expense and clearly has no desire to reopen my account. My withdrawla of €350 euros has still not been processed and as such my solicitors at dave parker have begun legal action for me.
I am warning all players and casinoguru of my experience, i have looked online and i am not unique, this caisno is exhibiting behaviours of scatterhall, madmoney (whom casinoguru still have on their site with no warning) and others that have stolen from players.
