Dakle, ovde je situacija.
Pored mog tekućeg spora sa Zodiac kazinom, nastavio sam da igram na CR sajtovima.
Pošto su moji stari nalozi vezan za t6o moj spor je zatvoren =, po sopstvenoj nahođenju, jer nisam tražio niti pristao na njihovu odgovornu gaming emisiju „Ovde smo da vam pomognemo jer ne želimo da vam platimo".
Niti su rekli da ne mogu da igram tamo.
Dakle, napravio sam nove CR naloge, pod novom e-poštom, i napravio sam samo po jedan od svakog da bih izbegao duple ili ,=više naloga.
Već sam to ranije znao, ali mi je više puta isplaćeno u okviru ove strukture višestrukih naloga.
Bez obzira na to, SADA bih bio u skladu sa odredbama i uslovima koje su postavili svi CR sajtovi.
Ali, naravno, postoji problem.
Pre 2,5 nedelje sam napravio novi Casino Classic, Captain Cooks, Kuatro, Villento, VirtualCiti i Casino Kingdom naloge.
Naravno, ne odjednom, ali tokom poslednje 3 nedelje od kada je moja žalba odbijena OVDE. (Ali ne kroz postavku suda od cigle i maltera)
U svakom slučaju, skoro svaki CR sajt dolazi sa bonusom dobrodošlice neke vrste u rasponu od 1 dolara za 80 okretaja, 5 dolara za 100, 10 dolara za 150 i mnoštvom mešanih bonusa dobrodošlice bilo za vaš prvi depozit ili kombinaciju vaših početnih šačica za depozite.
Moj prvi depozit je prošao onako kako je uvek bio promovisan.
Bonus od 100% podudaranja. Dobro.
Ali onda je sve počelo da se menja.
Na sledećem sajtu, moj prvi depozit je napravljen i nije odmah pripisan, ali ponekad dođe malo kasnije.
Samo što nikada nije došlo.
3. sajt, ista stvar. Nije dodat nijedan bonus.
4. sajt je takođe bio isti rezultat „Nema bonusa za mene".
5. sajt isto.
Oh, posle drugog sajta, otišao sam na podršku za ćaskanje, pokušao da navedem stvarnu osobu za razgovor, a robot za ćaskanje jednostavno nije hteo.
Dakle, nakon nekoliko odabranih manipulativnih ključnih reči da bi dobili pravog čoveka, podrška za botove je naznačila da me prebacuju kod svog kolege koji će mi dodatno pomoći oko upita.
Samo što se vratilo na isto staro" 'Vi ste 12. u redu, a vaše očekivano vreme čekanja je 43 minuta'
Ne znam za vas, ali CR me tera da čekam.
Imaju već dugo vremena. Čak i pre mog spora.
Ali od mog spora, samo se pogoršalo. Tako sam počeo da snimam razgovor, a zatim nastavio da pišem upućivanje podršci da vidim da li mogu da dobijem definitivan odgovor o statusu mojih trenutnih naloga i šta je bio/je dogovor sa mojim bonusima koji se ne dodaju.
To je bilo pre 2,5 nedelje. Još uvek nisam dobio odgovor od podrške. (I čak sam napisao e-poštu bez psovanja ili pozivanja imena verovali ili ne)
Dakle, iz duge turbulentne istorije sa CR-om, digitalno su me institucionalizovali da to jednostavno ostavim i nadam se da će to jednog dana, po mogućnosti pre nego što dobijem još jedan zahtev za povlačenje da izbegnem još jedan spor.
Ukupno sam napisao 3 e-poruke za podršku i 1 za RiskManagement jer su oni 'pozivaoci igre' koji uvek baziraju svoje akcije na onome što je najbolje za kazino.... Ahem!! Mislim na igrače. 😉 😉
Zatim je prošlog vikenda nova sjajna ponuda bila dostupna direktno iz mog naloga na kartici tge promocije.
Bonus od 140% na vaš sledeći depozit od 20 dolara ili više
Naravno da sam se opredelio, napravio depozit od 20 dolara i nadao se najboljem. .
I, CR me je još jednom potpuno razočarao time što nije ispunio svoje promotivno obećanje.
I ne samo to, moji novootvoreni nalozi više nisu bili na nivou srebrnog statusa, već su SVI sada bili u platinastom statusu!
Što ako već znate, nivoi statusa u CR-u nisu onakvi kakvi izgledaju. Nema stvarne koristi ni za jedan nivo. Neću ulaziti u to, ali u stvari, bolje je ostati na nižim nivoima.
Najbolji razlog za ovo je jednostavno cena. I dalje dobijate prilično dobre ponude i još uvek je dovoljno jeftino za skoro sve.
Iako nemate pravo glasa o svom napredovanju jer će poeni automatski nastaviti da se zbrajaju (osim igranja ispod potrebnog poena za bilo koji mesec, viši nivo zaista garantuje samo jednu stvar, to samo košta više dobijate dobre bonuse. Stoga samo više košta igranje (i gubitak).
Dakle, sada, ne samo da NE dobijam bonuse za 1. depozit sa svih mojih novootvorenih naloga, već sada ne mogu čak ni da uživam u povremenim nivoima statusa.
Dakle, sinoć nakon deponovanja u Casino Kingdom, ponovo sam se opredelio za promociju od 150%, nisam je dobio, pa sam otišao na podršku za ćaskanje gde sam se uverio da sam razgovarao sa čovekom i na svoje iznenađenje nakon samo 8 minuta, stvarni čovek se pridružio vidžetu za ćaskanje.
Može li ovo biti početak novog i prijateljskog odnosa između mene i CR-a??

Kako se jednostrano i sarkastično ćaskanje odvijalo sa agentom za podršku 'L', brzo sam shvatio da CR zajedno sa RM nikada neće učiniti ništa lakim ili bez svog poštenog udela ili prepreka na putu, zaobilaznica i unapređenja na kojima nikada neće uspeti.
Bar ne meni.
Dok smo završavali razgovor, sa ovim agentom za podršku koji je savesno izbegavao da odgovori na pitanja koja nisu vezana za cpl, bacio sam se da vidim kakav ću odgovor dobiti (pitao sam cpl pitanja u vezi sa prosečnim vremenom koje je potrebno RM-u da se poveže sa nekim ko pošalje zahtev za povlačenje na bilo šta od 5000 dolara ili više. Podrška je jednostavno odbila da odgovori na bilo šta ili da da bilo kakav pravi odgovor iako piše za „48 sati ili manje")
Onda me u suštini naziva lažovom jer, 'Proverio sam sa svojim menadžerom i ponuda o kojoj govorite, za 150% bonusa na meč, NE postoji'.

Rekao sam, „Koliko želiš da se kladiš? Kad bih mogao da ga postavim na ovaj ćaskanje, i sam bi to video, a onda mi reci koliko ne postoji. Reci mi gde da ga pošaljem i poslaću ga pre nego što zatvori ovaj razgovor.'
Čak i ja sam znao gde da ga pošaljem i već sam, želeo sam da pokušam da predstavim svoj zahtev na direktan i tačan način da vidim da li mogu da ga nateram da doda moj bonus.
On je jednostavno odbio, rekavši mi da pošaljem RM am e-mail i oni će mi se javiti.
Nooooooooooo! Ne RM! Jednostavno mi se NE jave. Kao i uvek. Osim ako mi ne kaže da su mi zatvorili račune na moj zahtev da to učine. Lol.
I šta sad?
Da li ponovo otvaram spor sa CR?
Na ovoj platformi? Na kraju krajeva, Casino Guru je dobio predstavnika Zodijaka da napravi jedan i definišući komentar upravo ovde na ovom sajtu, možda bih trebao.

So here the situation.
Aside from my on-going dispute with Zodiac casino, I have continued to play at CR sites.
Because my old accounts related t6o my dispute were closed =, on admin's own accord as I did not ask or agree to their 'We are here to help you cause we don't wanna pay you' responsible gaming side show.
Nor did they say I couldnt play there.
So, I created new CR accounts, under a new email, and I only created 1 of each to avoid duplicate or ,=multiple accounts.
I alrready knew this before but had been paid out many times before under this multiple account structure.
Regardless, NOW I would be in com,pliance and abiding by the Terms & Conditions set by all CR sites.
But, of course, there is a problem.
2.5 weeks ago, I created a new Casino Classic, Captain Cooks, Quatro, Villento, VirtualCity and Casino Kingdom accounts.
Not all at once of course but over the course of the last 3 weeks since my complaint was ruled against HERE. (But not through an brick and mortor court setting)
Anyway, pretty much every CR site comes with a welcome bonus of some sort ranging from $1,for 80 Spins, $5 for 100, $10 for 150 and a multitude of mixture welcome match bonuses either for your 1st deposit or a combination of your initial handful fo deposits.
My first deposit went as it Has always been promoted.
A 100% match bonus. Good.
But then everything started to change.
On the next site, my 1st deposit wa made and wasnt immediately credited but sometimes it comes a little while later.
Only it never came.
3rd site, same thing. No bonus was added.
4th site was also the same 'No bonus for me' result.
5th site same.
Oh, after the second site, I went to chat support, try to get am actual person to speak with and the chat robot just wouldnt have it.
So after a few select manipulatory keywords to get an actual human, the bot support indicated they were transferring me to their collegue's who would help me further with query.
Only it was back to the same ol' 'You are 12th in the que, and your expected wait time is 43 minutes'
Now i dont know about you but CR makes me wait.
They have for a long time. Even before my dispute.
But sinc my dispute, its only gotten worse. So i started recording the chat and then proceeded rto write directing to support to see if I could get a definitve answer on the status of my current acocunts and what the deal was/is with my bonuses not being added.
That was 2.5 weeks ago. I still have yet to hear back from support. (And I even wrote a non-swearing or name calling email believe it or not)
So, from a long turbulent history with CR, they have digitally institutionalized me to just leave it be and hope thast someday, preferably before I have another withdrawal request to avoid another dispute.
In total I've written 3 support emails and 1 to RiskManagement as they are the 'play callers' who always base their actions on whats best for the casino....Ahem!! I mean 'players. 😉 😉
Then last weekend, a new awesome offer was available from right inside my account under tge promotions tab.

Of course I opted in, made a $20 deposit and hoped for the best. .
And, CR totally DID DISAPPOINT me once again by not making good on their promotional promise.
Not only that but my newly created accounts were no longer at a Silver status levels, they were ALL now at Platinum status!
Which if you know already, the status levels at CR are not what they appear to be. There is no real benefit to any of the levels. I wont go into it , but factually, it is actually better to stay at the lower levels .
The best reason for this is simply the cost. You still get pretty good offers and it is still cheap enough for pretty much everyone.
Even though you don't really have a say in your advancement as the points will automatically keep adding up (aside from playing under the required point for any given month, being at the higher levels only really guarantees one thing, it just costs more tto get the good bonuses. Hence it just costs more to play (and lose).
So now, not only am i NOT getting my 1st deposit match bonuses from all my newly created accounts but now I dont5 even get to enjoy the casual status levels.
So, last night after depositing at Casino Kingdom, I again opted into the 150% promo, didn't get it, and so i went to chat support where I made sure I spoke to a human and to my surprise after only 8 minutes, an actual human joined the chat widget.
Could this be the start of a new and amicable relationship between CR and myself??

As the one sided and sarcastic chat took place with support agent 'L' I quickly realized that CR along with R.M. were never going to make anything easy or without its fair share or roadblocks, detours and promotions they are never going to make good on.
At least not to me.
As we were winding down the chat, with this support agent consciencely avoiding answering a cpl unrelated questions I threw in to see what kind of answer I would get (i asked a cpl questions concerning the average time it takes RM to connect with someone who submits a withdrawal request on anything $5000 or higher. Support simply refused to answer anything or give any real answer even though it says in '48 hrs or less')
Then basically calls me a liar because, 'I checked with my manager and the offer you speak of, for 150% match bonus, does NOT exist'.

I said, "How much do you wanna bet? If I could upload it to this chat you'd see it for yourself, Then tell me how much it doesn't exist. Tell me where to send it and il send it before i close this chat.'
Even i knew where to send it and had already, I wanted to try to represent my claim in a direct and accurate way to see if I could sway him to add my bonus.
He simply refused, telling me to send R.M. am email and they will get back to me.
Noooooooooooo! Not R.M! They simply do NOT get back to me. Like ever. Unless its to tell me they closed my accounts upon my request to do so. Lol.
SO, now what?
DO I open a dispute with CR again?
On this platform? After all, Casino Guru did get a Zodiac rep to make a single and defining comment right here on this site, maybe I should.
