Registrovao sam se u kazinu Betsvagger sa poljskim IP-om, nisam koristio nikakav VPN da promenim svoj IP. Sajt je inače bio dostupan, nije bilo poruke da ne primaju igrače iz Poljske. Napravio sam depozit koristeći LTC kriptovalutu, tamo sam deponovao 18,17 LTC, što je otprilike 1.250 €. Igrao sam nekoliko dana, zaradio nešto novca i zatražio povlačenje. Posle nekoliko sati tražili su od mene da pošaljem dokumenta za potvrdu identiteta (platni listić, selfi, fotografija za ličnu kartu). Ja sam uradio to. Posle nekoliko sati su mi blokirali nalog i napisali da ne primaju igrače iz Poljske. Zato sam ih zamolio da mi vrate samo depozit (ne želim više dobitke). Pitali su me za moju adresu u kriptovaluti gde da pošaljem svoj depozit nazad.
Poslao sam im sve i više nedelja nema kontakta. Nisam vratio depozit. Sa njima nije bilo kontakta od 20. oktobra 2023. godine.

I registered at betswagger casino with a Polish IP, I did not use any VPN to change my IP. The website was normally available, there was no message that they did not accept players from Poland. I made a deposit using the LTC cryptocurrency, I deposited 18.17 LTC there, which is approximately €1,250. I played for a few days, earned some money, and requested a withdrawal. After a few hours, they asked me to send documents to verify my identity (payslip, selfie, ID photo). I did it. After a few hours, they blocked my account and wrote that they did not accept players from Poland. So I asked them to refund only my deposit (I don't want any more winnings). They asked me for my cryptocurrency address where to send my deposit back.
I sent them everything and there has been no contact for several weeks. I didn't get my deposit back. There has been no contact with them since October 20, 2023.

Dakle, to je neprijatna situacija u koju ste se upali, i definitivno razumem ako ste uznemireni jer bih i ja bio uznemiren. Ako bi mi kazino rekao da će mi vratiti moj depozit i ništa se od tada nije dogodilo i komunikacija je bila u zastoju, bio bih zabrinut.
