To je bio moj treći zahtev za povlačenje, prethodna dva posle 24 sata su uspešno obavljena. Ovaj put sam dobio e-mail 11. maja 12.09 pre podne, dakle više od 24 sata 🙂

Nekoliko puta sam pokušao da kontaktiram podršku Tritium-u u vezi deaktivacije mog naloga igrača bez razloga, ali nisam dobio odgovor tako da
Napisao sam Licencu za igre na Kurasao da osećam da me je Tritium prevario. Nikada nisam pisao Tritijumu o zavisnicima od kockanja. Juče sam ponovo poslao e-mail i dobio sam odgovor

Čudno je da tricijum ne može da odgovori na ANTILEFON NV od petka. Smešno je kada podrška za tricijum piše o najvišim standardima. Nadam se da će moj račun igrača biti ponovo otvoren i da ću dobiti svoj pošteni dobitak.

It was my 3rd request withdrawal , the previous two after 24 hours was successfully done . This time I got e-mail on 11 May 12.09 AM so more than 24 hours 🙂

I tried a few times contact with support Tritium about deactivation my players account without reason but I didnt get answer so
I wrote to the Gaming License of Curacao that I feel scamed by Tritium. I never wrote to Tritium about Gambling addicted. Yesterday I sent e-mail again and I got answer

It is strange that tritium can not answer to ANTILLEPHONE N.V. from Friday. It is funny when tritium support write about highest standards. I hope my players account will be reopen and I get back my fair winnings.
