Honestly, I would just repeat myself. We receive similar messages from German players almost every day and it's not related only to Vulkan Vegas, but other casinos as well.

I have a strong feeling that since you have the new gambling law in Germany, it's more and more difficult for some casinos to deliver money to their players in Germany. I would trust the casino in this case that they sent the money. Understandably, your main concern is the money you still don't have on your bank account.

First of all, I'd give it a bit more time to process the payment. If you don't receive it the next week, then Vulkan should start communicating to your bank or possibly the Vulkan's payment provider needs to start talking to them. The money won't get lost, but it could take some time to get this resolved 😕

Zdravo, zatražio sam povlačenje 800 € 24. aprila i obavešten sam nešto pre ponoći da je uplata uspešna. Obično se dobici šalju na moj račun 2 sata kasnije. Kada novac nije stigao uveče, pitao sam i rečeno mi je da može potrajati 5 dana. Posle 5 dana i dalje nije bilo novca i ponovo sam se žalio. Očigledno je slučaj prosleđen specijalističkom odeljenju i samo sam morao da čekam. Danas je 13. dan i još nema para. Sada mi je rečeno da je uplata ipak uspela i dobiću priznanicu. Poslao sam svoje izjave iz kojih se vidi da nisam dobio novac. Ali nikoga nije briga. Trebalo bi da sačekam dok ne stigne potvrda o transferu i onda mogu da pitam svoju banku. Ali šta da pitam, ništa nisam dobio. Molim vas pomozite mi da dobijem svoj novac. U teškoj sam situaciji i hitno mi treba.
