Oni će u suštini samo objaviti da li je povraćaj sredstava bio uspešan ili ne. Usudio bih se da kažem da ako niste čuli ništa drugo (tj. da oni to neće obraditi) u roku od 1-2 nedelje, oni su to uradili i poslali u banku primaoca - i odatle može da potrajati od dana do meseci pre nego što se reši.

Do you mean if you made a chargeback?

If Swedbank accepts the chargeback, and sends it on to the card processor/payment gateway and they don't reply, you would in general win the chargeback. That's how I understood it.


But there's certain time limits how long the receiver of a chargeback have to reply to it. I don't know these times for sure.
