Samo su ih odbili, pa sam ih opet poslao detaljnije. Ali moram da sačekam odgovor. Mislim da je mnogo.

Prvi problemi sa povlačenjem

Onda mi traže dodatna dokumenta.

Odbijen sam što me navodi da mislim da ne žele da isplate moj dobitak.

Prošlo je dosta vremena otkako sam igrao aplikaciju godinu dana i ponekad upadnu u ovaj problem. Trebalo bi da se poboljšaju. Druga kazina plaćaju visoke profite. Traju dosta vremena.

Želeo bih da znam zašto sam otvorio bankovni račun i to je bilo uspešno. Vaše povlačenje nikada nije stiglo. Koliko je vremena prošlo? Jedina stvar koju stručnjaci znaju da kažu je izvođenje vašeg slučaja. Ne razumem da li je transfer uspešno obavljen. Stiglo ti je na račun, ali pogledaj banku. Novac nije tu a ti zoveš i pričaš sa direktorom moje banke i on kaže da nema uplate, ali po tebi je primio da je uspešno obavljeno, prvi put sam video da se to dešava, dosadno je jer te teraju sačekajte i recite samo da specijalista vidi vaš slučaj. Nadam se da možete da primite moj novac pošto je grešku napravio kazino, sad moje pitanje ❓ koliko dugo čekate.........

Poštovani, poslao sam dokaz iz banke da su kartice moje vlasništvo, i fotografije kartica ali sam odbijen više od 10 puta... tako da sam sledeće već izgubio dosta vremena. To je najgori kazino koji sam ikada igrao.
