This is actually a topic that interests me a lot. My initial thought was - why would a casino licensed somewhere in Curacao or not having a license at all would be willing to cooperate with a law firm from Germany? Why would they even care so I went to the website you posted here.

All of them were licensed in Malta, possibly UK and Gibraltar and now we're getting to the point. I have no doubt that the firm is able to claim the deposits back from casinos licensed in Europe, specifically Malta, since it's the part of EU and the casinos probably want to avoid the conflict with the German licensing authority. It could simply endanger their Maltese license and it's not wort it for them. The law firm gets the deposits back, most probably will take a commission that could be around 50% of the deposits and that's it.
