I recently tried this site and was scammed and had my deposits stolen.


I deposited using Etherium and confirmed the transaction went to the correct ID.


here you can see the wallet address associated with my account.

This shows my deposit was sucesful

and furthermore you can see the blockchain received and has the money in it ( I had made one deposit of 100 earlier successfully, then the failed deposit of 292 and tried again with 50 cad)

however, they never credited the money to my casino account.

When I reached out for helped they would log me out to kick me from the chat so I couldn’t get any responses or help. The money is in the wallet and it matches my wallet but my account does not have it. The balance is zero.


hence they stole the funds and didn’t credit it to my account. A total and complete scam. What can be done?

Pitao sam

3 povlačenja po 500 € dnevno

Prošlo je 3 dana od prvog povlačenja, i dalje ništa, pisao sam timu za podršku u ćaskanju, kažu mi da povlačenje traje 3 do 5 radnih dana, kada na sajtu piše da su kripto isplate veoma brze, može li neko da pomogne ja sam očajan

Hi, I think if the casino tells you it's 3-5 days then you'll have to be patient with your withdrawals, although I understand that if you're withdrawing using the crypto method, you expect it to be faster. 

I would also like to ask if you have verified your account ?

Anyway, like I said, try to wait a while. We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if it's just a couple of days I think it's fine. As long as the casino communicates and tells you how it is, it's always a good sign.

As far as verification is concerned, I understand, apparently the casino has such a process and as long as they don't ask for documents you don't have to verify.

preko moje Mastercard sa koje sam deponovao na početnom ekranu za isplatu mi je napisano da sam tražio povlačenje putem pošte, ali to nije slučaj, kontaktirao sam ih, rekli su mi da je torba ili greška

nakon 3 dana kazino mi šalje e-poštu u kojoj kaže da je povlačenje završeno, ništa nije stiglo

For some reason, I think you preferred bank transfers, but I can't say for sure. Sometimes it takes more days than usual, so I would wait until Monday evening.

Error is bad, so let's focus on emails. I would ask for the transaction ID anyway, per email, preferably through a reply to the last email you got from support. What do you think?
