Zdravo, imam problem sa Stelario kazinom. Tamo sam deponovao sredstva sa svojom virtuelnom karticom, a sada žele snimak ekrana ove kartice, što nije moguće ni u jednoj banci. Kada sam im poslao sliku ove kartice snimljene drugim telefonom, i oni su odbili da je prihvate. Šta da radim??

I believe that if you enter your banking app, mobile banking, or e-banking, among other options you'll find the tab "card" or something similar to it. I have a virtual card too and I just enter my card section, provide pin code + authorization code and I'm able to see the full card picture with all digits, name, valid to, and so on.

Are you sure you can't do that too?

yes revolut don't give me possible to do it. I also tray to do it with chrome and computer but there I see only * on my card. I send to them all documents what they show is my card but they still don't accept, and now they also stop reply to me

sadly this is normal, pictures can be cropped or altered, so only raw screenshots are allowed.

Kindly check this video, I guess that those 3 dots in the right upper corner allows you to uncover card details and then make a screenshot the way your phone supports it. While using my phone I have to press both volume buttons + the reset button at once.

I also found this article about Revolt card details.

If you still struggle to proceed, I guess I can only recommend a complaint.

Radka only they to do a screenshot be a root the phone. But is also not sure can revolut be want to works with the root. And for sure I don't do a reclamation because I won't to get my winning money

For me it's not worth rooting your phone cause then it's the safety pass Xposed etc don't know maybe you should do a little research for that unless you already know

Well, I do not see any other option, to pass the verification, you must find a way how to provide the necessary documents, many players use Revolt, so I guess that there must be some way to do it as well.

Unfortunately, your account cannot be verified without providing this document

And why they don't accept from screenshot from PC ? I don't get it with some casinos when it's deposit time they accept it instantly without even verification but when it's withdrawal time they do whatever they can to keep you there isn't that annoying?Maybe then you should proceed with root but do a research 1st you can go to XDA forums and check you will find tons of useful stuff there

I updated Kristina about your issue just to make sure that we all understand the situation correctly.

I honestly do not understand why you can't make a screenshot, I tried several times and I can do that while I'm viewing my virtual card in the banking app.

I'd like to help you but have no clue how to do that. 🙁 The last option would be a verification call when you share the screen and show the card details during the call.

Hello,

this is because the photo can be cropped and resolved, furthermore, it does not prove that you have an access to it at any time. The screenshot is normally accepted instead.

Yea I know that's why I'm telling him to go XDA forums that's the place about root custom roms and useful tools you can also ask guys over there maybe they have an answer for you about screenshots

Što se tiče Vulkan Vegasa, napravio sam svoju normalnu registraciju i moja žena je takođe htela da igra, ona je izvršila registraciju, ostavili smo naša dokumenta na verifikaciji, moja je odobrena, napravio sam depozit i čistom slučajnošću, nakon što sam deponovao, blokirali su naše račune, obavestili su da je termin prekršen, veoma oštar pratilac, odgovorio mi je grubo, sad počinjemo da poznajemo ove igrice, iskreno sam zažalio što sam ga proveo sa vulkanom. Pitao sam zašto nisu blokirali račune pre uplate ako su bili na verifikaciji par dana, dobio sam grub odgovor. Razočaran ovim sajtom.
