Done a quick check. The amounts possibly bare no relation to being paid out. The first 3 withdrawals went through within a day (£125, £1282, £553). Now I've been waiting since 19th May (£2082).

You could try reducing your amount, but I fear it'll be lost in the "21 business day" bollocks.

Yeah I put in £300 for my last request but for my most recent one I put in for the full £759 again because I figured if I do get lucky and the withdrawal comes through, if I had done a smaller amount I would have to get lucky more than once.

Nope I haven’t I have been waiting over a month now and they don’t reply to emails and there live chat is hardly ever available it’s a joke they should be be investigated and shutdown please reply if anyone has had their money withdrawn I would like to know how to get my money back or my withdraw

First withdrawal request was in January, the latest one by crypto was on 1st July.

Yep true wow I got no chance then I did mine in June 26th withdraw request and it’s now August 3rd

I made my withdrawal request middle of May. Nothing. That money is gone.

I made a couple of withdrawals just after I signed up and was paid out fairly quickly, however since then I waited over 8 months for a withdrawal of only £100, no sign of it and the usual " performing checks, 7-21 days" reply from their quite frankly laughable chat support... So I requested a reversal, money was back in my balance within a couple of hours, played again and tried to make a withdrawal for £200 which again is on " pending" status, I'll be astonished if I ever see it, they are definitely a scam site, to be avoided at all costs

I've tried this route as well. And been waiting since 12th March. I'm never seeing my money.

Hey, I'm sorry, maybe the casino wasn't so bad sometimes. But nowadays the safety index is quite low, which is close to zero, which says it all. They don't answer our complaints or anything, so I suppose it would be very lucky or coincidental if you got the money. 

You could probably only file a claim in the sense that the safety index would be even lower since the casino is not responding to us, but that's probably the only satisfaction you would get out of it. 

It's probably best not to play in that casino and certainly not to deposit anything there.😕

at first I'd like you to know that I deleted a few of your spam messages. I'll leave this one because it appears you have something to say about this specific casino. However, can you add more details, please?

I won £3150 and of April the withdrawal is still in "awaiting", they have stopped me speaking to the live chat and I know people who are still waiting from October. I have a case with the gambling commission who are looking into it. I know I won’t get my money but I just want them to have even a slightly worrying day. The weird thing is I had a withdrawal a year ago and they paid out, people get their money returned to their Superb account but mine hasn’t. Annoying.

After 6 months, your money will be returned to your account after a "review by the finance team". You can then make another withdrawal and the cycle will start again.

They don't have a licence in the UK so there's nothing the Gambling Commission can do, and I can't imagine they're terribly worried about some emails / live chats when they're in the Cayman Islands (or rather that's where their tax dodge is).

Write it off and move on (as I have). There's no point worrying about this - just don't make the same mistake again.
