I'm posting here today to ask for advice and opinions, I hope you can help me. I have sent a complaint to the AntillePhone regulator 2 weeks ago, regarding a casino that does not respect the conditions of its license. With all the reviews I have read about this license, I feel like I will never get an answer. Do you know if they are serious and if they are generally interested in player complaints? If I don't get answers from this regulatory body, I don't know what to do next to get my case heard. Thanks to those who will take the time to read and answer me!

Where should I start... Some players say Curacao licenses are worthless and don't care about players by any means, instead prefer to support casinos. Well, just try to use the search tool - put Curacao license or AntillePhone and browse the given threads:

I used to consider Antillephone better than the others provided by Curacao, though I'm not so sure now. 🙁

May I know what happened to you - which issue you're complaining about? Elaborate a bit, if it's ok for you.

Thank you for your answer. Indeed, I have browsed through the subjects concerning this license and one cannot say that it reassured me, the opinions are generally rather negative (for the people who have an answer, it is not even my case).

I will continue to wait, but I feel completely helpless.

Yes of course, this is a complaint against the CampeonBet casino, which has violated the conditions of its AntillePhone license, by accepting French players and validating French documents (ID card and proof of address). Since I contacted them to ask for an explanation and refund (I was not aware of their ban on French territory when I signed up, as France is not part of the territories excluded in their terms and conditions), they have blocked French IP addresses, and have even been blocked by the French regulatory authority. They refuse any discussion with me and even refuse to let me contact a manager, although they are normally obliged to do so.

I saw that they had a very bad rating on your site, so I didn't expect better from them. 

I hope to have an answer from their regulator in the next few days.

Hello, and thank you for the explanation.

The moment I glimpsed at the casino's rating, all optimistic thoughts were gone. Doesn't looks good, but it can't be changed for now.

Just to be sure, when your account got blocked was there any active balance on your casino account? I'm asking to find out whether you had a chance to play and won or if you were stripped from your balance.

Which e-mail did you use to send your complaint to Antillephone? I too have a complaint against a casino, in fact it is Playfastcasino, which I believe is a sister casino of Campeonbet? At least they have the same license. Casino is not willing to co-operate with me, and I have made a complaint at AskGamblers, which the casino completely ignored. However, I'm not read to give up!

Zdravo, potpuno ista situacija za mene! Čekam 9 meseci odgovor na svoju žalbu od antitelefonske vlasti, ali bezuspešno. Imao bih novu žalbu na ohmizino kazino, ali ne znam da li ima smisla uopšte slati žalbu i boriti se da dobijem odgovor od antilefonske vlasti. Kako uhvatiti ove lažne kazina jednom zauvek? Ova kazina UOPŠTE ne poštuju politiku odgovornog kockanja. Čak i ako ih zamolite da zatvore nalog zbog problema sa igrom, oni uopšte ne reaguju na to. Bolesno.

Exactly! I asked Playfast casino to close my account permanently already a year ago. I specifically stated I have a gambling problem! They refused, because they said that it is not possible. They told me maximum self-exclusion time is three months and that's it. So my account was closed for three months, and then opened again without any questions.

When I asked again a couple of weeks ago to close my account permanently, they did it immediately. Now they are saying that the terms and conditions were changed from the first time I asked my account to be closed, and now all of a sudden they are able to close accounts permanently too. They are not willing to provide any proof. I would highly recommend everyone to stay as far away from these casinos as possible!

Vlasnik Plaifast kazina je CV Marketing BV, au trgovačkom registru Curacao-a oni su pod E-Magnus NV? I lično imam ohmizino kazino pod E-Magnus NV i E-Magnus NV veb lokacija nema njihovu adresu e-pošte, pokušao sam da je potražim nekoliko puta bez uspeha.
