Sri, nije kritika ili bilo šta, ali samo bi me zanimalo. Zašto ASKGamblers i Casino Guru imaju tako različita mišljenja o recenzijama kazina?

In guru I know the rating depends on being licensed or not, the fairness of T&C and the unresolved complaints which lower the rating. I suppose said casino here has such a low rating because of the amount of unresolved complaints, I have no idea which factors are taken into account to rate a casino in askgamblers but I will suppose they are similar to the ones in guru, in askgamblers every complaint about this casino remain unsolved too. Also, the rating on askgamblers is 7.67. Like I always say, official rating given on any site has no major importance and should always be used as a guide (not to make final decisions), what does matter are the complaints and the user experience, the user's reviews doesn't affect the official rating on any site, complaints do have an effect

The Jupi Casino is quite an impressive example, and I agree one can feel truly misguided. Keeping that in mind, we aim to present all considered factors and warnings alike on the proper tab called reputation explained:

As SunsetGaze mentioned - good thinking again - the number of unresolved complaints granted the casino many black points that are directly affecting the rating.

I'm not pretty sure how the complaint process works elsewhere, for us, it is a strong source of information we would not normally gain, hence we see any complaint as an opportunity to check the casino's score.

Some penalizations are applied automatically, and some are, on the rather hand a subject of long debates. I can assure you we're constantly trying to evaluate the casino's rating. If we come across severe pieces of evidence, the special call is settled to ensure the score still fits. We always try to reach out to the casinos to present our advice or point of view, so it's not like we decrease the rating without further notice. There are, however, some casinos which already failed to respond, in such cases we may prefer to lower the rating in advance. The thought is quite simple if the casino isn't willing to cooperate it's safer to adjust the rating or add the warning, so players can decide whether they are willing to take a risk. I hope I succeeded in providing an honest explanation 🙂.

It's not easy to find a fair balance while you try to consider all possible effects of your decision, still, we try hard to maintain this reasonable, constant balance.

Postojao je slučaj na koji sam vam skrenuo pažnju gde mi je kazino redovno slao e-poštu o bonusima i tako dalje. Da budem iskren, i ja sam to prihvatio, nikad visok, obično 25-50 evra sa 100% statusom pod prikazanim uslovima bonusa - ulog 40-ak puta - maksimalna isplata 1000 evra.

Uspeo sam da uložim bonus i dostigao sam 1000 evra. Plaćanje je odbijeno jer sam bio „lovac na bonuse". Iskreno, nisam znao pravila. U početku dobijate isplatu sa prvih nekoliko bonusa, ali onda morate češće da deponujete bez bonusa, inače nećete dobiti isplatu. Mislim da bi odnos trebalo da bude 50/50.

Svakako sam često koristio bonus, ali samo kada je postojala ponuda putem e-pošte.

Prvo je pisalo samo 200 evra - jer je bilo u uslovima bonusa - glupo da je bonus još uvek bio vidljiv sa uslovima gde ga nije bilo - ja 100% neću da igram bonus ako je samo 5 puta veći ili tako nešto kaže da mora biti najmanje 1.000 evra kao uplata.

Posle toga je kao izgovor došla priča o lovcu na bonuse. Upravo sam rekao da mi pošalješ ponudu mejlom i ja sam lovac ako je prihvatim?

Sa moje tačke gledišta, kazino je prevario dva puta, prvo sa saznanjem da ako prihvatim Bnus, oni znaju da ne moraju da plate jer bih ja bio lovac, ali će prihvatiti moj depozit! A s druge strane, zato što sam na kraju morao da se zadovoljim sa 200 evra – jer su to tada nudili ovde u Casino Guru – umesto 1000 evra.


Napisao sam i Askgamblers-ima isto što sam im pisao tada i napisao sada - nažalost ne možemo ništa da uradimo, tako piše u uslovima bonusa.


Sve što kažu možda je tačno. Ali kao što sam rekao – zašto prihvatate depozit ako znate da mi nije dozvoljeno da uzmem bonus – zašto mi sistem kaže kada uplatim da bonus nije moguć jer prvo morate da napravite nekoliko depozita bez bonus. To znači da je kazino prihvatio moj novac i izbor bonusa bezbroj puta, iako nikada nisam dobio isplatu u skladu sa odredbama i uslovima!"


I zato ne shvatam Ask Gamblers ozbiljno više nego što ozbiljno shvatam MGA

I just want to say I agree with you. Fairly and plainly stated terms could have prevented that. It is a general issue that players are constantly receiving promotions they can't take. But once the player is allowed to take it, there is not much to discuss afterward. Casino's fault...
