Naravno, uvek se trudimo da sve uradimo pošteno i pomognemo što većem broju igrača kada je to moguće. To nije uvek izvodljivo i nažalost neki slučajevi se ne završavaju onako kako bi igrači želeli, ali sve dok se nešto može rešiti i vidimo da je kazino bio nepravedan prema igraču, činimo sve što možemo da pomognemo.
Cenimo igrače koji su svesni ovoga i čak i ako ponekad stvari ne idu u njihovu korist, oni i dalje imaju sposobnost da razmišljaju razumno, a ponekad čak i da priznaju grešku. Teško je, ali je to ključ koji je potreban u životu, ne samo u kockanju.

Hello and thank you for these kind words. It's not every day that players praise the work of all the people here because I think you've described it quite well and it's not always easy.
Of course we always try to do everything fairly and help as many players as possible when possible. It's not always manageable and unfortunately some cases don't end up the way the players would like, but as long as something can be resolved and we see that the casino has been unfair to the player, we do everything we can to assist.
We appreciate the players who are aware of this and even if sometimes things are not in their favour, they still have the ability to think reasonably and sometimes even admit a mistake. It's hard but it's a key that is needed in life, not only in gambling.
