Dobio sam bonus (200 evra) koji nisam tražio. Tada se automatski aktivirao i morao sam da uložim 40k (8000 evra). Na kraju sam imao preko 3000 evra, ali mi je nakon opklade skoro 3000 evra skinuto sa računa.


Po mom mišljenju ovo je prevara i krađa.


Neću više da igram ovde i mogu samo da savetujem sve protiv toga.

Hello, in this case I would think about lodging a complaint if you received a bonus that you did not ask for and could not be removed somehow and you lost your winnings because of it. It doesn't seem normal to me.

There is not much you can do in this situation as you don't have a clear reason why this is happening and you keep getting the same answer. 

Is this your first withdrawal or have you had any successes before ?

The messages I have gotten differ from being forwarded to the senior manager, additional security checks, additional review due substantial amount, and a whole variety of reasons but I’m none the wiser unfortunately after more then 2 weeks and 70+ emails back and forth.


Also, no past withdrawals done by me.
