My withdrawal has been pending for a while so i contacted the 1win security support. They asked me for some documents in which i provided so they can verify my account.
They have not replied me and my withdrawal is still pending.

Okay I stumbled upon this Platform today on twitter. Apparently they joined in april this year. Very weird website. I'm not sure if I were actually sent to official platform. I will provide a series of screenshots and let them speak for themselves. (Casino link came from their "official" twitter.
The Support haven't even tried to help me. Asked to remove the sports bonus since I do not want it/ it doesn't even work. (I never play betting so I admit to might be doing something wrong even though I'm sure I followed live chats copy paste terms. They even deny that it's their webadress? Just ended chat when I provided evidence.

As I'm aware, there are many "scam" affiliates who pretend to host official social media profiles. I personally don't dare to guess whether this fits my description, but I agree that the whole denying part is very suspicious.

If I may add: never use such "social or telegram" promos, it's far safer to find proper bonuses in the casino directly. No need to mention that checking the casino's reputation anywhere not just on Casino Guru - is nowadays a must.

Čekam isplatu više od 45 dana i kažu mi da je to zbog problema sa spoljnom platnom kompanijom, ovaj kazino je katastrofalan, nikako ga ne preporučujem. Ima ocenu 7.1, ali definitivno taj rezultat nije ni blizu mnogih pritužbi koje postoje oko plaćanja koje ovaj kazino ne vrši.
