Hmm, I think that should be fine as these are common things the casino needs for account verification. Have you sent the documents to the casino yet or are you just about to ? I think it would be best if you cooperate to make everything go faster. 

However, if you have already sent everything and are now waiting for the result, you will probably have to be patient.

Dobro jutro,

Imam 1vin nalog i poslednjih meseci sam uvek uspevao da uplatim i podignem u roku od nekoliko sati bez previše problema.

Primetio sam da više od nedelju dana svako podizanje (50-100, ali i pokušaj od 400 evra) ostaje u statusu „čekanja" (žuto). Pišem iz Italije.

Šta mi preporučujete da uradim?

Želeo bih da povučem sva postojeća sredstva iz nužde (oko 200€ je već traženo od otprilike 500€).

Još nisam pokušao da kontaktiram podršku, da li da to uradim pre 14 dana (dakle i danas) ili posle?

Sure, just inform them that you have been waiting for the money for a week and what's going on. I think they should give you some reasonable reason why it's taking a while, and I guess we'll find out exactly what is happening.

1win casino is not bother about anything !!

I am mailing them everyday for just a response but they are ignoring me like hell!!

They told me to wait for 14 days and maximum time 30 days for letter of verification but it's been almost 40 days since I am waiting and no one is bother to give a status of verification process.

Worst ever casino I have ever seen !!! Careless!!!! This was not at all expected from 1win security team.!!!!.

Prošao je 31 dan otkako ne mogu da podignem svoj novac iz 1vin kazina, pre nego što sam to uradio veoma brzo i normalno, ali od 1. aprila ove godine mi više ne dozvoljavaju, rekli su mi da pošaljem e-mail njihovoj podršci, tražili su od mene fotografije dokumenata lične karte (DNI) i mojih usluga iz mesta gde živim, već sam im poslao sve što su tražili, a poslali su mi mejl u kome su naveli da verifikacija traje 14 dana, a moguće je i 30 dana, pa taj period je već prošao, a ja i dalje dobijam poruke poput Da je robot sa naznakom da se čeka 14 dana i ako je moguće 30 dana. i niko od njihove podrške ko ima telegram na stranici niko mi ne pomaže sa ovim problemom koji mi prave

Molim vas pomozite mi da oslobodim svoj novac, koji čak nije ni profit 🙁. čekajući vašu podršku. Hvala vam

Moreover, it feels like the casino representative is not actually willing to respond to the complaint either.

In my opinion, ignoring players and their concerns is the worst mistake. Let's hope someone will respond to us eventually 🤞🤞.

I noticed that you mentioned your account was blocked due to the 10.3 p clause of the general condition. Do you know what does it actually mean, perhaps?

Does this clause provide some clues for you?

Imam novca na računu, ali to vreme čekanja očigledno želite da igrate, ali još uvek imam novca tamo. Ne mogu da ga izvadim. Iz KIC razloga, imejl ukazuje na 14 do 30 dana, sada smo prošli 32 dana a da ništa nismo znali. i kao robot stalno govore da čekaju 14 do 30 dana. kada je rok već istekao.

Povrh toga, ja sam gubitnik u tom kazinu. Ne znam zašto ima toliko prepreka.

Imam svoj račun od 19. maja 2022., ako se dobro sećam, uvek sam mogao da podižem normalno i vrlo brzo, to je ono što mi se sviđa u kazinu, ali od 1. aprila ništa uopšte

Poslao sam dokumente za KIC i oni ih do danas nisu overili i vreme koje su utvrdili je prošlo.

Nisam igrao ni sa kakvim bonusom. Kazino me je ignorisao od 1. aprila, šalju samo mejlove kao da su bot navodeći da treba da čekam 14 do 30 dana od rešenja

They are just playing with our emotions! As we can't do anything about it ! We can just request them to response us and they are just ignoring like hell!! We don't have any other option than to request them !


You can see I have file complaint against them in Casino Guru ..but they are not bother to response even casino guru..just after 3 days from now my complaint will be closed and marked as unsolved. Then what will happen next?? Nothing at alll!!!!!

I won't get my hard earned money on any cause I know that!!

It's been almost 45 days since I am waiting for thier response, as they told me to wait for 14 days and maximum time it would take was 30 days for additional check.

But it's been more than one and half month !!

They are not even responding my mails anymore.! I have hard earned money of 900$ USD .

I can't let them go this way ! If anyone could help me please do!! As they are not even replying my complaint here at casino guru too!
