Dokumenti su odobreni, ali je prošlo 15 dana, a ja nisam isplaćena. Poslao sam mejl i odgovorili su da moram da čekam 14 dana, koji su već prošli od kada sam uradio verifikaciju i ne traže od mene dodatnu proveru. U drugim grupama kažu da je to prevara. Same problem here it’s been 5 days since i sent them my documents

but i can’t withdraw my funds at all

I made a withdrawal but it is always pending its been 5 days

and i didn’t receive my money i made a complaint but one of you told me to be patient till they verify my documents in 14 days

if there is no sign we will make a move ?

Zdravo, ista stvar se upravo meni desila. Nikakva povlačenja nisu prihvaćena, niti sam mogao da uđem u poker oblast.

Rekli su mi od 14 do 30 dana. I nakon 35 dana dobio sam e-poštu i moja povlačenja su izvršena.

Barem je moj slučaj završen

Dobro jutro, imam pitanje: u kazinu 1vin dobijam da ne mogu da podignem svoj novac. Ukida ga iako je prošlo skoro mesec dana. Kaže mi da za podizanje moram ponovo da uložim novac, proviziju od 5% na ono što zaradim... I želeo bih da znam da li bih mogao da podignem svoj dobitak u delovima?
