I think I have already expressed my opinion on this. It also seems to me that every day you get a similar if not the same email and it would be frustrating for me. 

However, as much as I hate to say it, there is nothing more you can do than wait in this case for some new information or for the casino to respond to your complaint. Until then, we'll have to be patient, because if they get an email from you every day and have nothing to say, they'll probably keep sending the same reply. 

I understand and sympathize with you, because it is not an easy situation, but we will have to hold on and see how it all works out in the end.
