Isplata se odbija svaki put!!! Zato što adresa e-pošte ne treba da se poklapa!?!?! Onda dokazujem ovim prevarantima da sve odgovara, oni se izvinjavaju i kažu mi da pokušam ponovo i onda posle sati/dana provere odjednom ponovo imaju isti problem!!!! Apsolutni prevaranti!!

Sad pokušavam sa drugim načinom plaćanja, zanima me kakvo opravdanje onda imaju

I read the complaint and to me, it seems that the casino, as a fresh one is lacking experienced personnel at least when it comes to withdrawal handling. I think that there is not a really serious reason behind the issue.

Pozdrav svima,

Moje ime je Francisko, imam 807 evra na računu i želeo bih da ih podignem. Radim sve provere koje traže od mene, ali način plaćanja ne prolazi test, pošto je kartica koju sam koristio virtuelna, iz moje banke. Traže od mene izvod o uplati od 200 evra koji sam izvršio 16.12.23. i šaljem im bez problema, ali gospodi ne koristi jer se moje ime ne pojavljuje (kako je moje greška što se na bankovnim izvodima Santander ne pojavljuje ime?) pa sam im poslao uz pdf snimak ekrana gde možete videti spisak svih mojih kretanja uključujući uplatu na njihovom sajtu, gde se pojavljuju moje ime, prezime, brojevi kartica evo... ali izgleda ni šta ne radi, pa sam tražio od banke potvrdu o vlasništvu kartice na kojoj su svi moji podaci i podaci na kartici, ali ni njima nije pomoglo, ja nisam odbio ništa da pošalje, u stvari, mogu da traže od mene šta god žele, bilo sa moje kartice ili bilo šta drugo, sve dok postoji takva stvar ću odmah poslati.

Ne znam kome da tražim pomoć, pošto sam nov ovde, hvala vam puno na ovom forumu, nadam se da ćete me kontaktirati molim vas, ažuriraću više informacija kako napredujem, hvala.
