Problem sa bonusom: menadžer za ćaskanje uživo nije bio u mogućnosti da mi ručno dodeli bonus iako nisam odigrao ni peni sa svojim novcem. Jedina izjava je bila da će to proslediti odgovarajućem odeljenju. I pošto mi se više nije danima čekalo, samo sam prokockao novac bez bonusa.

Just checked and the deposit was delayed too, that explains why the bonus wasn't credited, I suppose there is nothing to do about the uncredited bonus, if I were you I wouldn't play there anymore, at least your experience serves as a warning for others
