Good to know.. limit withdraw of €1.000 euro a day. That’s ridiculous, but true. My withdraw cancelled over and over so hit the chat and ask about it…

They close my account after i make a complain on this forum. Not welcome anymore and my ip is blocked or something.


also asking to close my account on 16 sept without any response.. so kept depositing. Lost a lot again.. I don’t know why they has just a high rate on casinoguru. Withdraw is low and ridiculous, reviews online are shit and you read all the same.. nobody get a response by email.


they promise a answer in 12 hours. I didn’t recieve any answer since I ask to close my account during gambling issues.. the casino deserve a lower rate in my opinion.

So it's pretty sad and not right in my opinion that they suddenly closed your account. 

As for the reply, from what I've seen in this thread, you're not the only one who didn't get one, which is not normal I'd say.

Regarding the KSA report- have you filed a complaint there as well ? If you make progress can you let us know how it goes ? Fingers crossed. 🤞🤞

Dobio sam odgovor od KSA na holandskom, tako da morate da ga prevedete. Oni će raditi na tome... samo se čeka sledeća godina. Ali sam 100% siguran da će Vodolija ograničena gde igra alienbet imati ogromnu kaznu.
