Hvala što ste to objasnili, ali ako igrač ne dobije svoj novac koji je osvojio i kazino nije dostupan za komentare/pomoć, kao igrač morate nešto učiniti da dobijete svoj novac od njih. Povrat uplate je prilično jednostavan i jeftin način da zatražite povrat sredstava jer bi pravni postupak bio vrlo skup i vjerovatno ne bi vrijedan vremena i energije.
Ono što bi se moglo postići povraćajem sredstava je da ako ih mnogi igrači podnesu jer nisu dobili svoje isplate/pobjede, trgovac bi mogao biti stavljen na crnu listu od strane Mastercard/Visa, što će više naštetiti kazinu i dobiti istrage. Na taj način bi igračima bilo malo teže platiti ovaj kazino ako žele ovdje da se kockaju.
I ako drugi kazina ne žele da ih kockate kako ih Beemcasino 'obavještava', to bi bio njihov gubitak, vjerujem, jer mislim da vjerovatno nisu vjerodostojni.
Negdje bih poželio da su kazina sa sjedištem u Curacau poput malteških mnogo bolje regulirana i kontrolirana u većini slučajeva.

Thanks for explaining that but if the player does not get his/her money he won and the casino is unavailable for comments/help, as a player you have to do something to get your money back from them. A chargeback is quite an easy and cheap way to claim your funds back as Legal Action would be very expensive and probably not worth the time and energy.
What could be achieved with chargebacks is that if many players file them for not getting their payouts/wins, the merchant could get blacklisted by Mastercard/Visa which will harm the casino more and get investigations. That way it would be a bit harder for players to pay this casino if they want to gamble here.
And if other casinos do not want you to gamble their as they are 'informed' by Beemcasino, it would be their loss I believe as they probably are not trustworthy I think.
Somewhere I wish that Curacao based casinos where like Maltese as those are much better regulated and controlled in most cases.
