To ne treba da bude optužba, samo loše iskustvo koje sam imao i neki moji prijatelji su prošli kroz slično iskustvo. Svakako mogu da podelim najmanje 3 broja telefona koji su me zvali, u poslednja 2 dana. Kontaktirao sam podršku da izbrišem svoj nalog i žalio se na ono što se dogodilo, oni su samo odugovlačili i na kraju su rekli da će samo blokirati moj broj telefona sa liste i nadam se da neću želeti da izbrišem svoj nalog jer oni neće pozovi me ili prestani više.

I ja bih to voleo da znam, ali objasniću. Zahtevi za bonuse su uvek ili 35k ili 40k. Na zahtevima za bonus piše da igre uživo računaju 0%, a druge igre kao što su Plinko, mine itd. računaju 10%, što je razumljivo. Problem je u tome što kada igrate slotove računa se samo 50%, što znači da je 40k zapravo 80k, jer svaka vaša opklada broji samo 50%, 40/0,5=80.
Rado bih to dodatno dokazao, ali više neću uplaćivati, jer sam siguran da više neću videti svoj novac. Zahtevali su KIC po treći put, i nema nikakvog smisla. Razumem da morate da uradite KIC, ali da radite KIC skoro svakog meseca ili svakog povlačenja? Ovo je jedini kazino koji me je više puta tražio da završim KIC, a oni samo tvrde da nemaju informacije o bilo kom KIC-u koji sam uradio. Zamolio sam ih da izbrišu sve moje datume, tvrdili su da ne mogu, jer GDPR propisi nalažu da moraju čuvati podatke o igračima najmanje 5 godina, moje poslednje povlačenje je bilo pre godinu dana kada sam prestao da igram, nema šanse da ne igraju nemam sačuvan moj KIC, oni samo otežavaju povlačenje, i to rade svima koji pokušavaju da se povuku.
Dozvoljavaju samo povlačenja nakon KIC-a, pošto sam se ranije povlačio, pretpostavilo bi se da sam očigledno napravio KIC najmanje 1 put, ali oni tvrde da ne. Zbog svega gore navedenog, neću ponovo koristiti.
It is not meant to be an accusation, just the bad experience i had and some friends of mine went through a similar experience. I can certainly share at least 3 phone numbers that called me, during the last 2 days. I reached out to support to delete my account, and complained about what happened, they just kept stalling and ended up saying they would just block my phone number from the list and hopefully I wouldn't want to delete my account since they wouldn't call me or end anymore.

I would like to know that as well, but I will explain. The bonuses requirements are always either 35x or 40x. It says on the bonus requirements that Live games count 0%, and other games like Plinko, mines etc count 10%, which is understandable. The problem is that when you play slots it only counts 50%, meaning the 40x is actually an 80x, because each of your bets only counts 50%, 40/0.5=80.
I would glady prove this further, but I will not be depositing anymore, because I am sure I won't see my money again. They Requested a KYC for the 3rd time, and doesn't make any sense. I understand having to do KYC, but doing KYC almost every month or every withdrawal? This is the only casino that has asked me to complete Kyc more than once, and they just claim they have no information about any KYC that I have done. I asked them to delete all my date, they claimed they can't, because GDPR regulations state they must keep players data for a minimum of 5 years, my last withdrawal was 1 year ago when I stopped playing, there is 0 chance they don't have my KYC saved, they are just making it hard to withdraw, and they do this to everyone that tries to withdraw.
They only allow withdrawals after KYC, since i have withdrawn before, one would assume that obviously i made KYC a minimum of 1 time, but they claim no. Because of all the above, i won't be using again.
