I wish you good luck. I had 1 withdrawal processed in 10 requests. It took 14 days to process and was canceled 2 times before being processed. I got asked 3 times to do KYC, stating " No previous records of KYC in their system". They either delete your KYC or just make withdrawal nearly impossible. 9 times my withdrawal got canceled/denied without reason. I advise you to play somewhere else, this is one of the worst casinos, as you can't withdraw 90% of the times, bonuses are one of the worst, and they will void your winnings because they want to.

I only manage to withdraw 1 time in 10 tries. Everytime I tried to withdraw they made new excuses. Either I needed to do KYC, or needed to do more rollover or they just didn't answer me. It was a nightmare. I also had close to 1000€ in winnings canceled. I can't even dispute because it was related to Sports betting and not casino and their support just said "Platform issues, therefore we can void the winnings". But other bets on the same match were not Voided and refunded because I lost them.

If you ask me, it's a scam Casino, they only allow you to withdraw if you are in a loss, if you are in profits you will have a hard time Withdrawing money.

I canceled my account after Asking 3 times. 1st time they offered me 3€ to keep playing and not canceling my account. 2nd time, they called me on my phone 2 days in a row non stop offering me a Bad bonus. And 3 time I finally managed to cancel my account, as I told them i would post a bad review everywhere if they didnt cancel my account.

I dont understand how they have a rating of 8.6 here, all of my friends that tried this casino had a lot of issues and most of them never were able to withdraw 1 time because they kept asking for the same and more documents each time.

I won 750€ and they canceled my winnings. They offered me 3€ to keep playing which is clearly an insult, after Robbing me 750€, offering 3€ is an insult.

I also sent them a written complaint, as they stated, if I encountered any issues that were not solved I could complain, so I did, and the answer was just an awful, as they said they could do whatever they want because it's written in their ToS, and their team solved all my problems, after I told them, nothing was ever solved. Basically they don't care about the customer, they just want to steal your money.

I encourage your to post an honest review, like some of the members in casinoGuru also stated. If you look at trustpilot and here, there are dozens or hundreds of players with the same problem of not being able to withdraw. BetonRed doesn't care about you.

I encourage you to open a complaint Asap, dont waste anymore time waiting, betonred will not help you.

Also, my best advice, go for a casino well licensed in Chec Republic, since i can see from your profile, you are in the Chec republic. Don't go for the casinos based on their rankings here. I have tried several, with 7+ stars, and 80% of them have given me a hard time. The absolute worst casino i have ever tried, even worse than BetOnRed, has an 8 star rating, and it was a nightmare. Any casino licensed in Curaçao or even worse in Costa Rica, they can steal your money and there is no one to force them to pay you anything. Go for a casino with a License issued by your country and play there, or just don't play at all.
