Ljudi, žalim se mesec dana, a nisu ni odgovorili kazino guruu. I to je dokaz da se ponašaju u lošoj nameri, inače bi svako tražio odbranu. Kontaktirao sam lice koje je izdalo dozvolu, ali ih uopšte nije briga jer mi nisu ni odgovorili.

Ah, then I understand why the complaint was rejected. Unfortunately, we do not deal with sports betting mainly because we do not have experts in this field and therefore we would not be able to have an objective insight into these cases. 

But if you haven't received any links, I can try to forward you some where you can find sites that also deal with sports betting complaints.

I'm contacting you again, after our last exchanges about BetPanda several months ago. As a reminder of my case, I am a completely addicted player, and I don't understand why no KYC check is required to register on this site. In fact, my account with them has been supposed to be self-excluded for several months, but I've been allowed to create dozens of new accounts, resulting in several thousand euros in losses. I followed your advice and filed a complaint on your site, but it was rejected. I also followed your advice by downloading BetBlocker, as well as Gamban, but these applications are not effective when you know how to bypass them... I also tried to contact their license operator in Costa Rica, but got no response from them. 

I don't know what to do. This casino is killing me. I have nothing left. I'd managed to start getting out of it, by starting therapy, but this casino in particular has taken me back dramatically. 

How can I get out of this vicious circle? Why isn't anyone punishing this casino? Please, I beg you, if you have the slightest clue, help me. They've totally destroyed my life, and I can't last long in this situation. I look forward to hearing from you...

Since you should try to find immediate support to help you fight your illness, I am not sure if it makes sense to concentrate on responding to your call for justice regarding the casino. We may get to it later, I'd say.

First of all, try to shut down all internet sources allowing you to play in casinos. Attempt to implement a parental protection system on your web or device profiles; seek a trustworthy individual to approve the restrictions, as I understand it requires a fingertip or pin code.

Ask someone close to change passwords for emails you're actively using in casinos; that might help too. Also, try to do the same in the case of casinos themselves.

BetPanda is a scam site, they close the player's account and steal money from the account! It's been over a month since my account was closed! During this time, the BetPanda service contacted me once and requested documents, more than 21 DAYS have passed since then! How they requested documents and I sent them to them, they don’t answer me ANYTHING, don’t give me any deadlines, they just STOLE my money and ignore me! DO NOT PLAY HERE, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!
