Because we have had this casino here for not long and every newer casino is marked as fresh. It will change over time, but it doesn't depend on the complaints and problems whether the casino will have this title or not. 

Of course now you will wait another 7 days and hopefully by then the casino will be able to respond and send you some money. I would be really happy.

Kazino je u žalbi naveo da prenosi novac u roku od 24 sata. Transferi traju nekoliko dana i bio je vikend... zašto ste tako nestrpljivi?

Pošto sam jednom imao slučaj da je kazino imao problema sa isplatom novca, oni su obrađivali žalbe jednu za drugom i svi koji su dobili svoj novac su i dalje bili ljuti i vređali kazino. U nekom trenutku kazinu je dosadilo i jednostavno su prestali da obrađuju žalbe.

Pa, bilo je prijateljski, ali uvek je bilo isto. A ja još nisam ni dobio jasan odgovor.

Mogu veoma dobro da razumem zašto su neki ljudi veoma ljuti.

Ako kazino nije solventan, razlozi nisu relevantni, onda se mora privremeno zatvoriti!


Sumnjam i da se tamo „trude", jer kazino nema toliko igrača i samim tim nema toliko isplata za „obradu" kao uspostavljeni kazino. Čini se da je problem nešto drugo (nedostatak novca?)


Međutim, s druge strane, trebalo bi da imate malo strpljenja, oni se na kraju isplate, čak i ako je potrebno neko vreme ili je stresno.



Edit: Upravo sam pokušao ponovo - isto kao i uvek.

„Praznici, izvinite, radimo".... na druga pitanja ne odgovara – kao i uvek. Nema odgovora e-poštom, ništa.

Ali drugi čekaju mnogo duže 😉
