Im also from the Netherlands and they didn’t cashier my withdrawal requests for more than a week now. Did you receive your money already?

The same issue here, but with a little difference. I wasn’t able to upload my documents for verification. There was an error in the website constantly. So I’ve sent en email and they replied me with the option to send my docs with email. After sending my docs a received a confirmation with the message that my account would be verified within 48 hours. I’m more than 72 hours waiting now and still didn’t get an email that my account is verified, neither I can see it is on the website in my account section.


my withdrawal request is pending for more dan 4 days now.

Do you have any updates regarding your verification and withdrawal by now, perhaps? Please, let us know.

No there are no replies on the emails I’ve sent them. Neither confirmation of my verification procedure or the status of my pending withdrawals.
