Hello,

Although I can appreciate that some players think blacklisting is a worthwhile practice, I am not too sure what the effects are. When you say you would like to ban the casino, do you mean to hide it from players? Shall its review vanish?

Assume for a moment that we "hide" the casino properties. Would others gain from it? What is your opinion?

Now all players are welcome to browse its user feedback, discuss issues on the forum, view the complaints, find out that we do not recommend playing there. Do you think hiding all of these would help others make informed decisions?

Most people at Casino Guru think that would be a bad call.

Regarding CIL, have you read this?

Da, kao igrač uvek morate da pazite gde igrate i možda izbegavate ova nova kazina. Možemo samo da se žalimo i čekamo da kazina nestanu sa tržišta i da igramo samo u legalnim kockarnicama. Učimo samo iz iskustva, a ovaj guru i drugi odbori su od pomoći jer na kraju mi odlučujemo ko će preživeti jer bez igrača nema kazina 🤷‍♀

I think you summed it up pretty well. It's important for players to find as much information as possible and when you talk about fresh casinos it's especially important in cases like this. Most of the time we don't have much experience from the players right away and it's hard to evaluate whether a casino will be good or not. And that's why I would play in the ones that I personally have a proven track record and not have big problems. Over time I would probably look for others but I would be interested to see how other players have fared there and what they went through. Without that I wouldn't have deposited anywhere. 🙂

Mislim da je više pitanje vremena oklevanja od kazina.

Trenutno nema novih žalbi koje kruže na trustpilotu, samo 3, što ne mogu da razumem. Postoji 12 prijavljenih na Casino Guru. Pa ljudi, ako se ne žalite i ne pišete kritike, oni će nastaviti da varaju.

I tried to find out what might be behind this problem and I learned that the casino doesn't have a license for Netherlands, so that's why it's not showing up for you. So it looks like you probably won't even see it. 😕

Yes, apparently you will only be able to see casinos that have a KSA license. Anyway, if something changes and you happen to get some new information I think we all welcome it.
