Zdravo, bitstarz odbija da se registruje umesto mene i jednostavno briše moj nalog. Može li neko da mi kaže šta to znači?

Nikada nisam uradio ništa protivzakonito. Na pitanje zašto, jedini odgovor je citat iz njihovih čestih pitanja.

Deponovao sam oko 7 BCH i izgubio ih, bez zahteva za povlačenjem je stigao zahtev za verifikaciju i onda nakon slanja mojih dokumenata ništa 3 dana i onda je račun jednostavno zatvoren.

If I remember correctly deposits must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal can be done, how many times have you wagered your deposit?

I'm talking about withdraws not deposits rollover. For example: if you deposit 50BRL or 100BRL or 1000BRL you must reach at least 300BRL to request a withdraw. They hide it if you don't have real money in your balance, only appears a message written insuficient funds to withdraw.

Sorry, my bad, I misunderstood your complaint, now I get it. You are talking about the minimum withdrawal amount allowed, well, most casinos got a minimum withdrawal amount and a max withdrawal amount that is normally visible on the withdrawal tab, regardless of there being a balance in the account or not. I suppose here the minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method and currency, sadly there is not much to do, usually in T&C you will find a deposits & withdrawals clauses stating which is the minimum deposit and minimum and max withdrawal amount allowed, next time be sure to check that out or ask support. By the moment in this case I don't really see how to solve this besides betting more and risking losing the balance or get a chance to reach the minimum amount, or maybe asking support if withdrawing below the minimum is possible
