Napisao sam da želim svoj novac od 350 evra koje sam osvojio. Odgovorili su da je zbog tehničke greške novac, nažalost, izgubljen. Onda sam odgovorio na ćaskanje: Kako podižete svoj novac. Želeo bih da im se isplate i zatvorim svoj račun jer smatram da je neodgovorno da se pojave tehnički problemi i da ne dobijete isplaćene dobitke. Zatim su pisali na čet: bilo im je žao što to čuju i da li bih bio zainteresovan za neke besplatne okrete. Nisam uspeo da odgovorim i onda je nalog jednostavno zatvoren i od tada nisam dobijao mejlove ili druge poruke o bilo čemu 🙁

Yes, it's a pity you haven't had any conversation with the casino since then. Maybe you would have come to some reasonable agreement eventually. 

However, if the money is just lost, I don't really understand. I guess I'd like to know more about the technical error that occurred. Did you also try to ask if it was on the game provider's side ?

Which game was it? How can that money be lost due to a "technical error"? Specially within a provider's game?? When a game is aborted, the money is reinstated to your balance, if the money was lost because it was discounted from your balance to place a bet on any game and if the game for some reason has shown a win that never took place, then the bet amount should be back into your balance.

There are many details missing and it would help a lot if you gave more details, like the game you were playing and the bet amount and if said bet returned a win

Zdravo. To je bio točak (fanki vreme) koji sam osvojio u Disco bonus igri.

Igra nije prekinuta, dobio sam 5 evra puta 69, odnosno 350 evra. Novac jednostavno nije ušao na moj kazino račun. Proverio sam plejlistu gde mogu da vidim sve svoje opklade i ovde je takođe pisalo plus 350 evra pa sam napisao u chat zašto ih nisam dobio? a ovde ona odgovara da je to zbog greške, verovatno zato što sam igrao nekoliko utakmica odjednom. Međutim, uvek imam 2 ili 3 stola otvorena kada igram i to nikada nije bio problem. Onda sam pitao da li je novac izgubljen? a tamo je odgovorila: da, nažalost. Tada sam napisao da nemam poverenja u njihov kazino sistem i kako da isplatim trenutni iznos jer želim da zatvorim svoj račun. Onda je odgovorila da joj je žao što to čuje, a ako ne želim neke besplatne okrete? Nisam uspeo da odgovorim pre zatvaranja naloga! I sada ne mogu da isplatim ono što sam imao... Definitivno ne mislim da Kazino ispunjava ove kritike koje imaju. Savetovao bih svima da ne igraju na mestima gde rizikujete da vam ne budu isplaćeni dobici (moglo je da bude 100.000 evra ili više) i onda mogu samo da konstatuju da je došlo do greške, možda zato što ste igrali 2 utakmice 🙁

Have you tried to ask the support about that? I reckon you will get some answers as soon as they will have all the information from the game provider. Unfortunately, for now, you just need to wait, and there is nothing much to do. Hopefully they will be able to get back to you in a short time. Please let us know about any development regarding this.

yeah it didn't drag out, I was a little worried as I've seen other cases where the casino was "checking with the provider" that dragged out for months, or was never paid at all. Bitstarz was quite prompt with their checking, and subsequent payment, so I'll keep playing here.
