Prije više od 4 sedmice prijavio sam se za uplatu od 2000 eura (ukupni kredit 3700 €), provjera još nije izvršena, sve dokumente sam poslao e-poštom i nisam dobio odgovor, kontaktirao sam chat uživo nekoliko puta, što takođe nije moglo pomoći jer navodno nemaju uvid u postupak verifikacije. Sada sam ponovo prokockao novac i još nisam završio provjeru. Takođe ne mogu u potpunosti razumjeti dobru reputaciju Gurua, jer postoje neki neriješeni slučajevi, posebno kod većih isplata.
More than 4 weeks ago I applied for a payment of 2000 euros (total credit 3700 €), the verification has not yet taken place, I have sent all documents by email and have not received a response, I contacted the live chat several times, which also couldn't help as they supposedly have no insight into the verification process. I have now gambled away the money again and have not yet completed a verification. I also cannot fully understand the good reputation of Guru, as there are some unresolved cases, especially with higher payouts.
Ich habe vor über 4 Wochen eine Auszahlung von 2000 Euro beantragt (Gesamt Guthaben 3700€), die Verifizierung ist bis heute nicht erfolgt, ich habe alle Unterlagen per Mail geschickt und keine Antwort erhalten, den Livechat habe ich mehrfach kontaktiert, dieser konnte auch nicht helfen, da die angeblich keine Einsicht in den Verifizierungsprozess haben. Ich habe das Geld mittlerweile wieder verspielt und bis heute keine abgeschlossene Verifizierung. Auch die gute Reputation von Guru kann ich nicht so ganz verstehen, da ja gerade bei höheren Auszahlungen, einige ungelöste Fälle vorhanden sind.
