To be fair, I'd like to say that many casinos listed on this website simply ignore the forum and players completely. OR strictly posts bonuses promotions only - which I find far worse from the player's perspective.

Zdravo. Takođe sam imao problema sa povlačenjem pre nekoliko meseci, ali nakon procesa verifikacije do sada nisam imao nikakvih problema i zaista uživam u igranju na Catscasino! Deponovao sam i podigao preko eZeetVallet-a nedeljama i 4 dana sam imao podizanje od 120 evra u procesu i svaki dan me ponovo odlaže.

...Ranije je isplata trajala samo nekoliko sati. Samo ovaj put ne. Možete li da mi pomognete?

Pošto postoji dnevno ili nedeljno ograničenje isplate i još uvek imam nešto novca na svom računu, mislim da će to zauvek biti odloženo. Ja sam uzbuđen. Ako se ništa ne desi u bliskoj budućnosti, verovatno ću podneti žalbu, što mislim da je šteta jer mi se inače jako sviđa kazino. Ali ako isplata traje večno i ne dobijete tačan odgovor, zaista je šteta. 😪

Očigledno to nisu opcije plaćanja za mene, barem mi to nije rečeno i isplata do sada nije otkazana.

Već sam jednom platio preko Skrill-a i nije bilo problema.

Sada, kod druge isplate, odgovor je uvek isti: „Vašu isplatu proverava služba bezbednosti i uskoro će biti isplaćena".

Danas sam ponovo kontaktirao korisničku podršku putem ćaskanja i rečeno mi je da će pokušati da mi isplate novac danas. Ja sam uzbuđen.

Ali pošto bih želeo da vršim dalja povlačenja, pošto još uvek imam nešto na svom računu, znatiželjan sam da li će to svaki put trajati toliko dugo. Sve dok se danas uopšte isplati...

They have also attached a whatsapp-number for contact. Just to clarify; I have depoed here once. I think it was 10 euros. So I, by no means, would have a personal manager...
