Ne, još mi nisu dali razlog. Prošlog petka agent "eva" je rekao da će to biti rešeno posle vikenda. U utorak sam napisao e-poštu podršci i danas sam dobio e-poruku od njih u kojoj je pisalo ovo:
„Dragi Prilip,
Vaša isplata je uspešno završena.
Srdačan pozdrav
Vaš tim za korisničku podršku
Cocoa Casino, cocoacasino.com"
Sada sam se prijavio na veb lokaciju, pogledao blagajnu i još uvek je "u toku" i dostupan da zaustavim povlačenje.
ponovo razgovarala sa ćaskanjem, drugi agent mi je rekao da vidi da je još uvek u toku, rekla bi to svojim menadžerima i izvinila se zbog kašnjenja, to je sve što je mogla da uradi za sada i njen menadžer će me kontaktirati sa ažuriranjem.

Now i logged in into the website, looked at the cashier and still "in progress" and available to stop the withdrawal.
talked to the chat again, another agent told me she can see its still in progress, she would tell it to her managers and apologized for the delay, thats all she could do for now and her manager would contact me with an update.
